When I have to shop for appliances, hardware and other household items I always go to this Home Depot location. The employees and the management are super friendly and helpful all the time. I'm not exaggerating when I say they go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need and I actually look forward to going there to shop knowing I will get the best of care. That store is so organized that it makes it much easier to shop than in other stores.

The employee Tiffany Hunter got the job done and was very nice and friendly. I will always go back as long as we can see her for customer service .

I prefer this store to the one in the Golden Ring area, more parking, friendlier employees, and easy access. It also assists people in shopping in other stores, like Big Lots, Dollar Store, Burger King for lunch and a big box store as well as close to the Auto Store. But most important is the service at Home Depot, never had a bad experience with the assistants in the store. Always friendly and willing to help

Best depot out there

The employees were friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what would work for my project and Mark S. helped me find all the items I needed and suggested an alternate solution when they didn't have the exact item need. Store was clean and parking was more than ample.

Location is great and they always have everything I need. Always notice some of the employees that have been there long term. That says volumes about a store.

This store out shines the H.D. that is within one mile of my house. So you see I will travel the extra miles to this store. A associate helped me fine what I was looking for.

I had a great experience today with the young lady who helped me in the faux blind section. They had everything I needed in stock at this location. She had to pony tails and glasses, Caucasian girl. She was excellent and friendly. Thank you Home Depot. Also the cashie Jean was outstanding and caring because my order got canceled online at park like location and she was understanding that I had to travel to a different location.

This location at White Marsh is ran by a carrying and hands on manager. The store is clean and the store staff is very very very helpful. I love coming to this location I wish all others are like this one. M.A.C.

I was given a damaged freezer from this location twice. The first time I called and the manager offered to give me another freezer. Drove back for the second time, they give me another freezer. Got home,before I could get the freezer from my car, the foam fell off the bottom. When I looked, I saw sealant at the bottom of the freezer. Called the store and asked for a manager, they hanged up on my three time. After dealing with this situation, I will never step foot at this store!!!!

All the people down there by that prodesk awesome people it seems. Probably the best Home Depot in the dang state. And there's also a cart guy who is awesome also. I don't know his name exactly but he's an awesome guy to he's always seeing how I'm doing and always willing to give me a hand when I need it even when I don't need it he asks me if I need also which is his job but I've been to other Home Depots where the loaders just look at you while you load up. Or they'll play on the phone but not hit White Marsh.

I drove out to this store to purchase a vacuum cleaner. They had one of vacuum that I wanted. When I got home, I started to unpack the vacuum. The vacuum was not packaged properly. As I looked at some of the attachments, I observed that they were full of dirt, and had been used. Someone else had purchased this unit and returned it. Home Depot re-sold it as new.
