I came looking for a new gas range and accessories and Carolyn in the Kitchen Appliance Dept. found exactly what I was looking for and helped me order it quickly with delivery only 3 days away, giving me plenty of time to make arrangements for the old range and range hood. Carolyn (super nice lady) remembered me from the times I've been there before, which is a nice feeling.

Paid for a pallet of concrete 42bags 80 lbs Requested the cashier to call loader assistance And there is whalers things started to go bad 8 to 10 people just wondering around and 3-4 forklift machines but no one seems to work there I paid for my stuff at 7:37 am and decided to request for a refund at 8:25 am almost an hr after I was still asking for help to get loaded in my truck I hate to say this but seems like they have ethnicity preferences at this specific store (personal opinion)

Home Depot Store #2502, Donald was very helpful in sifting through landscaping blocks to help me find two that would match the 50 we purchased earlier in the day! Thank you Donald! We will definitely shop at Home Depot again!

I prefer this store versus a closer one. The staff is fantastic and always helpful. Most of the time I wind up walking out with more than I anticipate, but that’s ok.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. This particular store has bigger selection of construction items, rarely can’t find what looking for. Staff never seemed like you are bothering them when asking for help.

I would recommend Store 2502! The Associate, Brendan, who helped my disabled friend from start to finish was fantastic! I had a slight problem but the Store Manager, Mike McCluskey, and the Associates Kevin D., Blaise, and Mason handled it like pros. I Am very satisfied with my Order! I entered the store excited and left miserable: °After 90 minutes, they took my Helper off the floor. •I had to start from scratch with another worker. °We were almost done and they switched her out. •The new guy typed in 1 item, then, they switched him out. °The next guy finished the order and couldn't find my discount. •He told Me to check for the flyer and bring it tomorrow. °My Pro Extra Card showed no discounts. •The order was more than $1600! °I feel sick to my stomach and want to cancel the order but they are already closed. I will do it tomorrow. •I Am not willing to pay that kind of money for 3 1/2 hours of disrespect and misery! (The worker, Brendan, I asked to help my disabled friend helped her get everything she needed).

Went to get two propane tanks replaced. Get home and one of the new tanks was empty and the other was only half filled according to my gauge.

Some of the employees at the Returns Counter discriminates blatantly. I tried looking around to purchase some tools, but there was no one to be found nearby. I went shopping for other products instead. I see many employees just talking and not looking around to see if any customer is looking for help. They missed an opportunity to make a sale or enable customers to buy stuffs in the store.

First I went to the aisle to purchase a safe and one of your employees Mr Will was there to help me out with purchasing a safe. Then I went to the paint department looking for new paint colors for my home. I was assisted there by Mary and Sheldon. They were both very helpful and friendly. Then at self checkout Tim assisted me in checking out with my safe and gave my dog Buca some doggie treats. I have a wonderful experience at Home Depot today!

Great store quite helpful just don't go down there on the weekend. Lol. when all the old people are there it tends to take forever to get what you need.

This HD location is awesome. It was clean and well lit. There is plenty of stock on the shelves. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful!

Home Depot, my favorite hardware store. The White Marsh store is easy in, easy out with a relatively safe parking lot especially when you compare it to the Parking lot at the Rosedale store where you are required to cross considerable traffic just to get into the store.

Very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful, When shopping and one of the team members see us looking at the shelf, they ask if we need help finding anything. I always appreciate them asking so I don't feel like I am interrupting them.
