Cleanest of store and friendelist of staff

I have always received good service here.

Diana from garden told us she couldn't give us a pallet until we paid. Very rude. So we went to Ana and paid and she sold us the pallet. Than we go back and maribel tells us they are put even went out of her way to search that back. She called Cesar manager to see if we could get store credit . He said we could receive cash. We get to service center she was very rude called Cesar and he said no. We needed the pallet today to finish job and now with no store credit we have to wait until it is refunded back on home depo card. We asked the return associate how long will it be refunded she told us I don't know so we asked her to get someone who knew she said no! We told her we need someone else she than tells us I think 3 to 5 days . We told her you said you didnt know so now you think? This store on wheatland is the worse experience. Especially from the help of manager . Waisted 2 hours shopping at other home depot.

Overall conditions of store was satisfactory. Associate was available, helpful and friendly. Found item needed. Visits regular and would recommend others.

This store is a great place to shop!! There were plenty of the sale items and the associates were super friendly and very helpful!! The only improvement I would suggest would be to get the “rolling hand baskets” for clients to use I staled if getting a huge basket.

I was shop[ping at this store today and when I wasn't able to find what I was looking for a employee by the named Mr Douglas came to the rescue. He looked for the product I was looking for and said no one had it in stock. He then talked to Cesar who authorized Mr Douglas to offer me a similar item. I was more than pleased with there assistance. These guys really made my day. At self check out I was quickly assisted by Carolina she was all smiles and very helpful and professional. Keep up the great work guys. Ill be shopping at this store again. KUDOS!!!

The associate Dorian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have always been able to find whatever it is that I'm looking for at the Wheatland Home Depot store. Which explains why this specific location has been around so long. Keep up the GOOD work guys. ***** (2 thumbs up)*****

Sharon helped us pick out our patio items and she was very patient with us and never once complained! Our furniture was delivered assembled just hours ago! Thank you for making me a HAPPY customer!

We have used this Home Depot for several home projects and have never been disappointed with the service and the material used, the people and the contractors they recommended have been very professional and efficient.

02/21/19 11:00 | Darius (Lumber) did a great job. I could tell he was new since he didn’t know the answer to my specific question. Yet he went above and beyond to find the right person to help him. I definitely left with a good impression. If this store offers most improved award, I would definitely suggest giving it to him.

The store is convenient, but an emphasis needs to be placed on keeping the grounds clean. There's entirely too much trash around the doors. And train staff to be pro-active customer service folks. They are not very approachable nor helpful.

The Home Depot on Wheatland has the best staff in Dallas! Charles from paint department helped me find everything I needed. He also put heavy items in my cart because I was unable to lift them. The staff here is patient and efficient.

Clean and helpful employees

After a glitch in our appliance selection, we were helped by a very friendly employee and department manager! We decided on a gas cooktop and anticipate it’s delivery in less than a week! All aspects of our order has gone smoothly now. Let’s hope delivery and install goes perfectly too.

Today in the paint department an employee actually came up to me and ask to help me find what I needed and gave me tips on completing my project. The store was very clean.

I clicked on not using this store again. I will shop at this store again.

Employees were nice and fast to assist. The check out was fast. And all this happened on Black Friday had me surprised with the service

Great store and very helpful employees.

This store never has enough hardware and if they do you cannot find it. Their pro desk staff is rude and will stand around and make 20 contractors wait for one register when 2 or 3 other registers sit empty. There are 3 staff members that are helpful and knowledgeable that I have found but they are always busy picking up for the other non attentive, rude, and ignorant staff.

The sales lady (Rosemary), and Department manager (Ms Day) where extremely helpful with our search and query of items needed. They answered every question also helping us look for the proper items and in assistance with completing, the order in a timely and efficient manner. I want to thank Ms Day and Rosemary for their help, also to the Ladies in the Service Dept. for looking up options on their system. Rosemary (RXC3377) helped with getting the order together reminding or pointing out items needed to complete the order, polite, courteous, and eager to help. Ms Day (Dept manager) for allowing Rosemary to help with me one on one. Answering questions, getting things that Rosemary would need to complete my order. The service department for allowing access to their ordering system providing a chair for a disabled person and helping input data to complete my order. Being kind, understanding, and courteous. The store was very presentable and was easy to move around and free of clutter and trash Your Delivery drivers where very professional and courteous, I would give both Juan and Ariellio 5 stars each for their polite and professional manner There are closer stores than this one to my home but I think I’ll call this one my Home Depot for these reasons and this staff.

The employees at this store are always very helpful and pleasant. They always provide assistance when needed and in many cases go out of their way to help locate something that is not in their particular area of expertise. The store is always clean.

Great customer care!!!

I was an employee there from 2000 to 2006 working in Pro Sales. I have many good acquaintances still employed there & on my shopping visits I enjoy interacting with them. I found the store to be clean at the time of my recent visit, it usually is, however the garden center was a bit "jumbled up" with carts loaded with plants, maybe a reset or something. Just a bit of navigating around it, that's all.

Great customer service. I was looking for a new refrigerator. I had just left the store in Lancaster disappointed, I drove to the store on Wheatland Rd. The store was neat and organized. The appliance Sales clerk was very friendly & knowledgeable. We were in and out in a short period of time & completely satisfied. Thanks Letricia !
