The customer service has been horrible my last 2 visits. If you continue to shoo at Home Depot find another location.

Ordered refrigerator for office kitchen. It was damaged at the warehouse and still put on the truck for delivery. The order was refused and we were told it would take up to a week for refund. Went to the store and spoke with manager "John" who would not give his last name. After reviewing receipt he would not provide any confirmation of cancellation, refund etc.. and stated it would be refunded up to 5 days later. When I attempted to take a picture for verification, he took off running. This was a good summary of how the complete order was handled from start to finish. Run away, not take care of the customer and hope someone else handles the problem. Went to competitor and received new fridge delivered (undamaged) in just a few days. I have a choice where to shop for appliances and next time it will not be here.

Self checkout employees did not make me feel welcome. Not one how are you or thank you or come back and you had three employees up there working

I would recommended the rental department. They were fast and efficient and made me feel very welcome. To tell you the truth employee Shanna was the best ever and needs to be recognized for her services.

Store was filthy and in disarray per usual. Inventory was spread throughout the aisles and the employees were more intent on stocking the store than they were in helping the customers find the products.

My Home Depot Is The Best! The store is always clean! I can almost always go in and find what I need with little to no assistance. However, the associates are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and their willingness to assist is priceless!

This review is for Karen (0552 00051 61831). I was told by a cashier at self checkout that I would need to go to register #5 to complete transaction. My purchase was a Ring Battery Spotlight Camera on 7/04/2020 at 5:24 pm. I displayed the ticket that I pulled to procure the product. Karen approached and asked if I needed help. This was a few minutes after moving to register #5 and being turned away from self checkout by a register monitor. I explained to Karen that I wanted to purchase this product but was told I needed to go to a different register. Karen said she could help me and walked me over to locked cabinet to retrieve the camera. The person who said she could not help me was standing there watching our interaction. Please note this was the second employee that offered little or no assistance that day. Karen was the 3rd employee and turned my visit into a very pleasant purchase. I have shopped at Home Depot for more than 30 years and because of Karen will continue to do so.

Need more staff in Lumber!!! Been waiting for an hour for once fence panel !!! No one drives a forklift.

I like going to Home Depot for the items I need because items are easily to find and if you need assistance, there is always someone to help you. The store is clean and the associated are friendly.

The only reason for the five star rating is because of Bradley the Assistant Manager he excellent customer service .

Great control of the foot traffic going inside during this time and requiring face coverings before going in the store. However, the customers don't practice social distancing very well. The store is always very well stocked and clean, but sometimes it's is difficult getting some assistance. The app really helps in locating items when someone isn't available to help.

THIS STORE IS GRRRRRREAT. They offer a great social distancing, and have enough employees there to assist you. They realized, that time is money, and that the quicker they get the contractor out of the store, the more money he makes, and the more money he will bring back to the store.

I was doing shopping and I used the self-checkout an associate with the name Yessica help me out. On my way home I noticed that I left my cell phone on the register. I got in a panic because I knew were people on line behind me. I got back to the store I asked Yessica if she saw my cell and she responded: "Yes I noticed you left it on the register and I saved for you." I tried to reward ger but store policy didn't let me do it. Yessica made my shopping experience unique

Have had occasion to visit this store a few times recently. Where selection and affordability are factors, niceness is right up there, too. Glad this store is experiencing good management (hopefully from the CEO down, so it lasts) because it has made my visits better than just sufficient.

Best store in Oak Cliff, beat costumer Service specially from Eddie at Lumber he helped me from choosing the best wood to cutting it to the sizes i needed!
