Great Visit

The Home Depot Store #0552 Dallas has consistently stocked the items I needed that I could not find at other competitors. When searching for small items, the associates are available to direct me to the right location.

This store is managed well. Generally you can find someone to help you, although not always from that department. My experience has been good overall

Very rude to customers. Not friendly at. Worse experience i ever had at a home depot. I spoke to the assistant manager Matt. It really didn't seem to matter. The 2 guys didn't have a name tag on. No one would share their names.

My experience at this store was great. I didn’t waste a lot time and I was able to get what I needed on the first trip.

It is important to have assistance and have questions answered. This like other stores have great service assistants.

I shop at this location exclusively, because there are Always friendly and helpful employees in all areas of the store. The Manager, Calvin is very nice and helpful and always makes sure customers are satisfied and Indira in Customer Service is very sweet and helpful and cheerful and always smiles, and is helpful at the Customer Service Desk. There was a palette in the middle of the floor uattended in the tools section, and I tripped over it.

This store always meet my needs. From appliances gardening and Hardware and my fencing needs

I generally like this Home Depot, EXCEPT do not like being approached in parking lot by pan-handlers. This store is irritating to shop at because of this and I have often felt unsafe when I shopped by myself. If I buy lumber, pan-handlers are waiting outside the lumber door to “help” me load into my truck for money. If I need help, I will ask an employee who works there. Or they just ask for money in the parking lot!! Management needs to institute and enforce a no pan-handling rule.

Well I was in and out in a flash found what I was looking for but I had a problem with my card at check out but the attendant came over and it was a breeze for him to get things going for me with a smile. Tks a bunch young man

This is my favorite store in Dallas, I meet great people in this store. Any needs I have for my home I can find it in this store, as well as someone to do it, such as carpenters. Lot's of them in this store.

Sharon at the Customer Service Desk was really nice and courteous. HD can be a bit intimidating for women and Sharon was exceptional at dispelling that myth. She reminded me that a refund was due for the items I didn't get from the Pro Desk as I'd paid for them in advance. She asked if I needed assistance carrying out my items and it was pouring down raining. I didn't have the heart to ask her to help as she was dry at work and I was headed home.
