My husband and I were in to purchase trees for a privacy screen in our back yard among MANY other things to do some projects on our home and an investment property. All of the staff we worked with were very helpful and kind, but two really stood out to us. Suzie in Lawn and Garden helped us pick out which trees to buy as well as walked us through how to plant, and then ensure they thrived. She took her time with us and never rushed us, as well as answered our questions thoroughly. Sue at the customer service desk then helped us to place our order, painstakingly searching for each item, adding it to an order and ensuring we received the current promotional financing rate on our total order. It took us over an hour on a busy Saturday, but she was patient, and kind with a smile on her face the entire time. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist us. Cant thank them enough!

What a pleasant experience in this Home Depot. An associate asked what we were looking for as we entered the lumber department and directed us to the proper location. Then, when we asked if the store had shrink wrap for our selection, George stopped what he was doing and not only found the shrink wrap but wrapped it as my husband requested. The cashier and another associate standing by were friendly and efficient in checking us out.

I was having trouble locating the Aisle. A gentleman by the name of Kyle, quickly assisted without being prompted. He knew exactly where to go and found exactly what I was looking for within 1 minute of walking down the aisle. His customer service was absolutely amazing! Home Depot is very fortunate to have Kyle as an employee! Way to go Home Depot!

Superior customer service at Westminster. Such friendly helpful people that are knowledgeable and willing to help with all your home needs. Ron Jones is an amazing salesman who really knows his stuff and makes your experience so easy and joyful. Tekla at checkout is quick and efficient and also so friendly. The store is always neat and clean and the store is layed out so you can find what you need easily. If you can't there's always someone willing to help. Great store and great people.

Ron in Home and Garden is someone you can trust helping you make the right choice for your task. He went out of his way to help and was very polite and knowledgeable.

I loved buying my appliances here. The products on display were most helpful in deciding what we wanted.The employees were helpful and took their time with us. The deals were better than anywhere else that we had researched. They had just what we were looking for.

When time is of the essence, I like to shop at the Westminster Home Depot store. They have store employees at key areas to assist and make it easier to find what I need quickly. They are well stocked too! They seem to truly appreciate the customer! Every employee I have encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I absolutely love the Home Depot at Westminster, Md 21157. It's clean, organized and the staff is very helpful. The sales person that I encountered in the paint department was so supportive, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about the products in her department. She was so helpful and appeared passionate about her job. It's been a long time since I encountered someone with such a great attitude and she certainly changed mine before I left the store. I was excited to go home with the paint I liked and the store accepted my return, thanks to our sales person.

I came to this particular at Home Depot all the way from Owingsmills!The staff are in their departments and ready to help.Even if they didn’t work that particular department, they were still knowledgeable enough and readily able to find someone who can answer my questions.I felt welcomed. I never felt silly or stupid even asking absurd questions. Kudos Home Depot.
