PHONOMENAL customer service! Jon the supervisor is very nice and extremely helpful to include helping my two girls make their Frozen keys!

the service desk employees are great, Heidi, Carolyn, Sue. Nannette (kitchens), Chip (hardware), Don & Roger (lumber), Autumn & Steve (door dept)

If you hate self checkout as much as I do, you might change your mind at this Home Depot. A friendly employee (Diane) was in the self-check area, offering help to all who approached rather than waiting until people became frustrated. I also had friendly help in the paint department, and would go back again based on my experience.

This store is always clean and the staff is always very courteous and professional. It's easy to get a good answer on a question about construction or Home Improvement

Westminster store is neat, well stocked. Great employees. Don & Roger in lumber, Chip in plumbing, Nanette & John in kitchen dept. They are always friendly and willing to assist.

sign was up for 50% off. cranky cashier who obviously didn't want to be there charged full price and when I asked about it, said that add was for 'last week'. mind you, it was Wednesday and no one had taken down sign?

I am a Veteran and served for 30 years. I did not get the assitance I needed, Had homedepot resuface my kitchen spent over 20K. The job was not done right, the contractors they use dont have good customer service. The coordination between Homedepot & 2nd 3rd Parties vendors dont exists. There is zero communication among departments. I was stuck like chuck, started this process 6 weeks , still missing parts in my kitchen cabinets, my counter that was install is falling apart, I was suppose to get my baclspalshed intalled today (10 September 2019) two different tiles was picked up by the contractor and because parts of the counter was not level( done by another contractor) they could not do the work, so they went home, I took a another day from work for nothing.. I called homedepot, was told they were flustered also...yes, store emplyee were friendly but not helpful,,its been a nightmare...

I went to this Westminster MD store to purchase an item I had seen in a HD store in Cape Cod, only to see that it did not exist anywhere in my local store. Nor was anyone around to ask. So I went on a search for fire extinguishers I needed and passed several employees who never asked if I needed assistance and passed several aisles blocked with boxes or equipment, until I reached one older emplyee who paused long enough for me to ask where the fire extinguishers were and he was a massive help! Yay! Finally Going to the front to check out, I discovered the only registers with lights on indicating "open" were the self check out lanes, which I refuse to use. Upon wandering to the contracting exit where there were 6 employees milling about, I asked which register was open to check out... I asked twice... and a young emplyee finally answered "use any open register". And turned away. I tried to ask how do I know which is open when all the lights are off? and the group around the contract service register was crowded with people in HD smocks chatting and not checking out, but got no answer at all. Eye roll. I finally was able to locate a lone hard working and very sad check out lady trying so hard to do her job. While I waited for my turn, another gentleman stood in line at the contract service cashier, and got no where, so he asked "is this line open?" And received not one word from any person at all. Luckily he saw my line and i, a customer, waved him over and we both agreed that some people are just not able to do their job, and maybe thought they should be paid for chatting...? a long way of saying I will be shopping elsewhere whenever possible. I have the extinguishers I need, but have no idea if they work, as, thankfully, I have not had an occasion to use them. They look to be in good working order.

The staff often approaches me to ask if they can help me find something. They know their departments and the relevant trades. I can find what I need quickly with or without help, and If the store doesn't have it I can order it for prompt delivery. I've been shopping here for years. Home Depot is a strong well managed company, and that is why I am a stockholder as well as a customer.

Great location, good parking, and lots of nice stuff to purchase. This store always has in stock what I need. I love the their special order desk, folks know their stuff. I purchase a new garage door for my home and a John Deere zero turn tractor, it was easy and I was in and out in know time. Great staff.

Their cashier Cheryl is very outgoing, friendly and funny. She makes your shopping experience well worth it at Home Depot

Sometimes help is hard to find and I had to go to customer service for help. When help is available many employees will approach me and ask if I need help. When that happens I continue to shop there.

I go to home depot over other stores. So I would like to retract one of my statements I did incorrectly

The store was great

The employees were very helpful and on point. I am a electrician and was doing a plumbing job. wanted to use some new waterline that I had never used before and your Employee George in plumbing was extremely helpful, walked me through the process and helped me get everything I needed. I went to customer service to tell them how much I appreciate his help and found another pleasant experience Carol at the service greeted me with a smile and took care of my order right away.

Store was clean, well stocked and prices were very reasonable. Employee was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this location for all your shopping needs

Home Depot, Westminster is my go to store for products I need to complete a home job and items that I need to make my lawn look a little better. Very nice store to shop in with lots of new products.
