Having to fix or repair a pipe or drywall isn't something I look forward to, but knowing that I can get advice on products or "how to do" something always makes me appreciate what my Home Depot goes out of their way to provide. I am always very surprised at how neat and clean my Home Depot is and I really appreciate all of the advice and guidance I have been given in the last 20 years. I am a believer and will not go to another home improvement store.

The employees here are so helpful and kind. I lost count of the number of people who smiled and greeted me at the store. We all know the supplies there are fantastic but the employees were high quality as well. I had 3 employees specifically who went above and beyond to help me.

The cashier went out of her way to try to help me. Since the garden center had no customers waiting, she was able to search for the specific plants I wanted to purchase. Although they weren't available, I was impressed with her customer service. Way to rare these days!

This particular store is always clean, has plenty in stock of what I use and the staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Thank to the floor manager JCT-4E0 and her team for making my shopping experience awesome. Wish you did not have to move to highway 6 store location. I going to have to travel out that way. The store is farther then I would like but for great service I will go the distance. Hope

Home Depot has the best prices on tools and building materials, always available to the shopper when required. Help assistance is always available through the store and the employees take the time to walk with you where the product you are looking for is located. I love Home Depot.

Special shoutout to Brent and Red! I went to home depot today and they were so helpful and accommodating. They answered all my questions and were so friendly the entire time. I really felt like a valued customer with the two of them.

I found what I wanted. Shop had everything conveniently located in the store for easy shoping.

Joe R. was very quick and helpful in the self check out line. Usually I do Pro Desk, but lately I have had quicker service with help of the self check out clerk.

Dawn, lady at front who directed me to the Clorox toilet wand refills was adorable. We joked about the aisle where it was located. All good.

I visited the store #6558 on Saturday afternoon. The store was busy but there were enough employees working to meet customer needs. The store was neat, clean and the employees were very friendly. Halloween was ending and the store was getting Christmas mdse. out in full making for a cheering look. My shopping experience was good over all and I left feeling very good about Home Depot. I was glad I stopped in for my purchase.

This store on Westheimer is very easy to get in and get out of. The staff is friendly and the shelves are easily organized. Very good inventory.

I've shopped at Home Depot in 3 countries, Mexico, Canada and the U.S in several states, including Georgia, and I have to say I am really impressed by the way employees (Tonia, the cashier) went beyond the call of duty to provide impeccable customer service. Thanks again and see you soon.

I always enjoy my shopping experience whenever I visit this particular store. It’s neat, clean, and the staff is very friendly and always helpful. I never came and did not find what I was looking for. They always have what I need and then some!

Miguel. Uriel and Christi all very nice and helpful. Matt the GM WAS VERY RUDE! I would not shop there except it all employees are great except the man that claims to be the general manager. I have seen him many times and he's always rude. I don't understand how he has such great workers and he is really obnoxious. But I have to give really good points to all the employees there except him.

Huge thanks to helpful employees!! I was terribly affected after hurricane Harvey and some of the employees are just so kind and helpful. Joe, Miguel & Rachelle all tried so hard to help me to give ideas and give me knowledge about products. I will shop this store for all my needs and helpful associates!

Store was well stocked in spite of recent "runs" on the store for cleanup supplies after Hurricane "Harvey." Employees probably were under some stress because of the number of customers in the store and numerous inquiries about merchandise. If I was hesitant about where to go to look for an item, employees were available to assist me and did so in a genuinely helpful and cheerful manner. (I shop at Home Depot on an average of one time each week, and generally I am familiar with the location of store merchandise, but today's shopping experience involved a different Home Depot Store. At age 87, I was slightly hesitant in looking for things, and found it easier to ask an employee about where I might find an item (or on this occasion, HOW to trap and remove an opossum! Store employee (Joshua) was extremely helpful.
