The employees at the store are friendly, well trainned on the location of every item and ready to assist the customers by walking with them to the speed up the searching and to recommend the best product when asked for their opinion.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE THERE IS S SO MANY STAFF IN STORE BUT THEY WONT HELP YOU. They are rude and unprofessional I can’t believe a HOME DEPOT has this kind of staff just so disappointed in every single way they don’t know what they are doing and they don’t help you they just won’t HOME DEPOT HAS THE WORLD WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN ANY OTHER STORE.!!!!!!!

Thank you Westheimer Store #6558 for your awesome associates! Although its a smaller HD store, it is my preference because of the customer service I consistently receive when going there. Associates are easy to find and extremely helpful! I normally do need assistance, whether its how-to information or help getting an item or loading it onto a cart. I appreciate the kindness and MANY helpful associates!

I went shopping at late afternoon . The associate Michael who works at lots really a big help . He treated me as a valued customer with good attitude and excellent service by helping me loading and unloading heavy products . I think he deserve a good word from his job performance . Good employee !

Mo who is an appliance associated was AWESOME! He not only was able to assist with the purchase but he also was patient enough to obtain all account information with Fortiva who is the Company for second financing.

June 14th at 1 PM, I came in for a few things including (8) 2" x 8" x 8' that needed to be cut. While loading the wood on my cart, an employee asked if I needed help and proceeded to page the store to notify employees that I needed help in the wood cutting area. I waited patiently, but no one showed. After 10 minutes, I began calling the store's front desk thinking this would be a more efficient way of communicating. To no surprise, no one picked up the telephone. I made my way to the front of the store to ask again. I interrupted three employees standing around chit-chatting and doing nothing. When they understood that I needed help, they turned to the first male that had shown up and asked him if he could help me. He simply replied "no" and walked off. They knew I was in the cutting area waiting. Sure enough, the employee that turned it down, eventually came where I had been waiting for the last 15 minutes. He attempted to sneak off. I called him out, asking what he was doing, as I had already been waiting long enough. He replied that he had to get "the paperwork." The paperwork??! Just cut the wood. 7 minutes, he returns, dragging his feet with the "paperwork" and finally cuts the wood, taking him 15 minutes to cut EIGHT boards. No, this was not a one time bad experience, nor was the employee having a bad day, nor any other excuses. This is how it is every. single. time. I shop at Home Depot. Even if I do not verbally communicate with one employee (intentionally), there is ALWAYS an issue, no matter if it's a product or service. If a product, it's cheaply made and never lasts or work like it's supposed to (excluding garden soil, screws and bottled water). Step up your game, Home Depot. Chances are, if this correspondence is being submitted to this store's location, this review will never be read. Not because you're illiterate (well, maybe), but you're too lazy to read past the first paragraph - much less respond to this correspondence.

Worst. Store. Ever. Unless you want to use a debit card and self checkout, don't bother going here. Don't expect help. Don't expect them to have what you went in there for. Expect to encounter a camera with a "dinger" on it about every three feet in the tool department. Expect your complaints to be ignored. Expect your reviews to be ignored. Expect the same product to be located in more than one place in the store and all of them will have a different price. It will be worth your time to comparison shop here, because in a lot of cases, you can find the same thing cheaper in another location in this store. And I mean a LOT cheaper in some cases, and I'm NOT talking about "sale price".

I couldn’t get a loader to load my garden dirt mulch pavers, Ruthelisabeth was a great help, paged the loaders,greeted me upon arriving, asked if I need anything special and assistance to show me where everything was. Very kind and helpful beauty

I had about a 20 minute wait before the person working in paints showed up to help me, but Camilo, from flooring, began the process, until that person arrived. I appreciated the way that he stepped in as a member of the team!

The Pro Desk at this location is absolutely the best one in the Houston area. Tiffany and Leah really know their stuff. They always go out of their way to help me. The level of customer service is 100% every time I visit this location!!

There are excellent employees at this stores but there are some employees that are really bad including two ladies that are now supervisors, even though I reported them with clear evidence of their wrong doing (supervisors?)

The cashier was not friendly , and they take so long to come to help you . No Hi ,N Hello , No Good Morning ,....

This store and especially TONIA the cashier are the best !!!!
