Associate at paint desk very friendly and helpful is very true. Store is very clean and well kept. Pleasant experience and because associates were helpful I didn't feel I wasted any of my lifes time to accomplish what I was there for.

Value Veterans every day not just 3 days a year. We don’t serve 3 days a year but all 365.

Excellent employees; however severely understaffed-difficult for the customers to be helped because it was very hard to find many employees on the floor. But the employees we met; George in appliances, and a young man in shades were both very helpful, professional and well trained. We did notice many customers wandering around looking for someone to assist them, and there were not enough employees to do so.

I had a great experience at this store. I arrived at the store knowing I needed help. I went to the plumbing section and approached the clerk in that section. The clerk, Noreen, was quite new and smart enough to recognize the best way to help me. She explained that she was less experienced and went to a more experienced clerk. The experienced clerk, David, then gave me the extra help I needed. The manager on duty, a man in his 30's to 40's who is a Navy vet was also quite helpful

Great customer service!! My Favorite!! They installed cabinet's and counter tops in my kitchen at least 10 years ago!! Job well done!!.....I ask a lot of questions when I go...everyone is always patient with me and very helpful!!!!
