The store was under staffed on a busy Saturday with only one cashier working at 11am

Waited an hour to buy an appliance when there was only 1 customer ahead of me. They really made me feel like they were doing me a favor to sell me something and how dare I call and ask someone to help me

Yes, we found the products thanks to PJ you are very lucky to have him. The store was pretty clean, that is to be expected in a store like yours. I have told friends to look for PJ if they need any help because he is so knowledgeable.

Helpful and friendly staff, great location. Store is usually clean and bright. This is my go-to store for home maintenance and repair supplies.

This store needs more associates that can write up a sale in various departments. I had a very efficient young man who was working 4 departments so I waited a considerable amount of time to spend my money for a refrigerator. There were people waiting in the appliance department , blind department, and lumber department because there weren't enough staff. The store is very clean and well organized.

I love the westerly Home Depot I go there often sometimes just to dream and other times to get items that I need .They have a nice clean store and all of the staff are very up to date on things that people need.

I had an exceptional experience buying my kitchen suite at Home Depot in Westerly, RI thanks to an employee named PJ. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the appliances that were right for me. He took the time to walk me through removing and reapplying pieces of the appliance to ensure it could fit into my home. If it was not for this employee, I don't know if I would have made the purchase that I did. I hope that this store knows the value PJ brings to this store location.

Everything was swell except their corporate policy requires additional documentation to evidence you are a veteran The drivers license issued by tbe State of Rhode Island now provides your vwteran status on it. Why is additional documentation required? Home Depot appears to want to make it harder for veterans. However, the veteran discount (10%) is appreciated but if you have to gather your veteran paperwork, in addition to your State issued drivers license, together before going to the store, it takes something away from the discount.

Store was organized and employees were extremely helpful. Enjoyed the shopping experience.

The paint department has everything especially very helpful staff that can walk you through any project. I always get good advice in this store consistently!!

This is one of the cleanest Home Depots - Customer Service is wonderful and employees are most helpful and courteous. And if you need anything for your garden, or outside yard work - Be sure to ask for Chris in Gardening!! He is very knowledgeable about what you need and don't need (sometimes we overthink it) He made my shopping in Westerely a super special visit.

The store is always clean and associates are always friendly and helpful. We find what we need, and always get the assistance we need. The shelves always appear to be well-stocked, and we never wait long for assistance in any of the departments we frequent (garden, paint, lighting, appliances, housewares). The only negative thing we can say is that there doesn't appear to be a "no pets" policy (which holds true for other The Home Depot locations) so be prepared to navigate through a bevy of people walking their dogs in the store. I'm honestly surprised by that considering the liability problems if a dog so much as knocks over another customer, let alone bites one. I'm not talking about service animals, mind you, because trained service dogs are different; I'm talking about pets that people drag everywhere to get attention. Nonetheless, we shop here regularly and will continue to do so.

When I went to the store with a list of items in 4 different categories--electrical, building materials, flooring and general---the store associates went out of their way to assist me and didn't leave me until I had everything I needed. I recommend them highly
