I had the best experience purchasing my refrigerator at this Home Depot. From beginning appliance specialist to install, everyone was very professional, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. I rate them 5 stars out of 5. I will go back and purchase my next major appliance from them within a year. Thank you!!!

This store is frequently out of stock of common items. It can sometimes be hard to find assistance there as well. But when you're the only store in town, you can get away with poor service. Aisles are constantly choked with seasonal or special sale items

It could scarcely get any better. It was easy to find what we needed and fining help was easy as well. The store was clean and the store associates were helpful and friendly.

The friendliest people work here. I find it a challenge for me to locate what I need, BUT if my back is HURTING I ask right away. And the employees are sure to see you know exactly where to go. Store was nice, neat and clean. This was an easy one, knew right where I was going.

The employees are always courteous, helpful and friendly. The store is always clean & you always have what I need. I’ve never had any issues.

The Parkesburg store is clean, well stocked, and the employees are very helpful.

If you get the chance stop and talk to Becky in gardening and she will help you out as much as she possibly could whether it's finding an item at a different store or helping you find the price to fit your budget and needs on specific item!!! You rock ! Fyi She didn't just stop me from buying items at Lowes by lowering the price she made my experience in general more enjoyable and helpful thanks so much !!!

Great place to shop with customer service being displayed starting from Derek the manager down to the all the staff I met and interacted with yesterday. Efficient, polite, friendly, and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for anyone of them. A very refreshing change from the many stores that I have shopped in. Thanks for the awesome experience!! Top down customer service - keep up the good work. More HD stores should take a page out of your book!

Ken in the Garden Center is an huge asset for this location. Over the last 3 1/2 month he has been a huge help to me and my husband. I have told my friends to seek him out when they have questions. As a small business owner, I would hire him in a minute! I have actually used him as an example during several customer service centered conversations, and recommended that other small business owners seek him out the fill critical openings within their organizations. I hope he is well taken care of. if not, someone within the community will scoop him up!

Tara in the paint department was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right stain to match my existing cabinets as well as the correct clear finish.

I would highly recommend the pro desk at this store. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with whatever you are working on. They took the time to answer my questions about redoing my deck and the information I received was right on.

local, friendly, nice selection of everything. employees see you looking at an item and they ask if I need help. don't always need help but it's nice to know they are on top of things. found items needed yes, assistance was just inside door yes store was clean, well kept all associates friendly and helpful

pressure tank went for my water system. employee in plumbing department saved me much time of searching for parts as I wanted to replace most plumbing connections to go along with the pressure tank. in /out of the store in no time.

Store # 8955 West Sadsbury in Parksburg, is clean, the sales people are knowledgeable, very helpful and supportive. If I ask the location of a tool or material I am interested in the person not only tells me where it is but will take me directly to it. I enjoy shopping there.

Prob one of the nicest stores in this town always a good experience.

Store has large selection and good pricing. The only thing I would change is their store app. It shows items in stock but not the location of the item. Other than that it has always been a pleasure going there.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping. Alexandria the cashier was amazing. She was extremely friendly and upbeat. I will definitely come here to shop instead of Lowe's or any home improvement store.

West Sadsbury store is great just GREAT we live in the Gap, Pa area and it's so wonderful to not have to drive to Lacaster. GREAT, GREAT we can zip down there, shop in a clean, friendly employee, well stocked store and WE LOVE IT.
