I noticed the recent changes in the store and it is truly a better store. I got to meet some new managers that are running the store and they are fantastic. The whole experienced has been enhanced and would only go to #8955 Parkesburg for all my house needs.

Be wary of purchasing appliances and paying for installation. The people who brought our dishwasher did not know how to install, nor did they haul away the old one. Our local plumber came and told us, it was easily installed and this isn't the first time Home Depot customers have called them because the Home Depot couldn't do the installation. If you can't provide this service, then don't sell this service.

Better than Lowes

The employees in this store are always helpful and friendly. I can find what I need easily and If I cannot the store staff are knowledgable and can direct me to the right aisle.

Most of the time employees are willing to help. Very seldom have I gone to Home Depot and didn’t get help when I needed it.

This is the best Home Depot store I have ever visited and I’m so glad it’s my home store! Employees are exceptionally pleasant and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you Dana!

Employees are really great. Store was clean and well stocked. All my Christmas needs sorted.

There is always someone to help you locate things or help you get heavy items off shelves or cut lumber or talk about the best paint to use etc. I build shelters for rescued cats and they have given me good advice about different types of screws and wood to use.

The Home Depot is definitely the place to shop for wood, painting supplies, appliances, every day items such as cleaning supplies (which are cheaper than buying them in the grocery stores) and their Garden Center in the Spring is definitely the best place to buy your garden vegetables, and planting flowers. The customer service that you receive when shopping is EXCELLENT and all the employees are always ready and willing to help you. Any time we shop at the Home Depot we are always satisfied. They also offer discounts to Veterans who have served our great country. I tell all our family and friends to check out the Parkesburg Store - I rate it as 100% satisfied.

The staff at this store are wonderful. We had a salesperson walk us around the store to show us were things were. We really appreciated that he wanted to make sure we found what we needed. Other stores like this have employees that will try hard to ignore you. It was such a refreshing visit.

Store has horrible pro desk employees, I have to drive to downingtown to get my discount and we spend over 160k a year three our managed account. Some one needs to police the way they work at pro desk.

Great experience today with someone working there actually asking me if I needed help, and they truly were helpful. Customer Service is the most important thing for stores today, so nice to see this Home Depot doing this.

I found the employees in this store to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I don't usually think much about this type of thing, but I really appreciated it. If you've got a plumbing question, look for Bob in plumbing. Can't go wrong.

Can never find an employee for certain departments. The ladies at the service desk try calling around for anyone, even in the middle of the phone constantly ringing, having a line like crazy (when most can just walk down to the other registers), and you can tell when they find someone to answer the phone they are told to call someone else because they go right back into calling around again. its sad... and poor customer service

I was able to quickly find the products I needed and the store associates I needed as well. All the store associates were very helpful as well. My experience could not have been better.

I'm a contractor and have been coming to Parkersburg Home Depot for a number of years. Everyone is very friendly and the ProDesk is especially knowledgeable and helpful. I Highly recommend them for all your projects.

Staff is very helpful, and friendly & they don't act like your inconveniencing them like the outlet on fruitville in Lancaster does.
