this store is steady on where things are, other stores are always rearranging stock to other places.

As a single woman who occasionally shops for my home needs, this store was extremely helpful. I have purchased carpeting here as well. Should I decide on a larger remodel project, I would not hesitate to shop here.

I bought a 3 pack brita filter replacement and was given exceptional customer service by a gentleman who I don't know his name and by the cashier Doreen as well. Doreen was very nice.

I lost my receipt and Shannon was very helpful letting me know she could find it with the credit card I used!

WE RECENTLY PURCHASE A SAMSUNG GAS STOVE AND SAMSUNG FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR AND THE CREW THAT DELIVERED WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL . AND THE APPLIANCE ARE GREAT !

When I walked into the store today, I needed some shelving materials and asked someone. He directed me to the person who could help me. She was really nice and helped me find all the items I needed. I got everything, checked out and ran into the man again outside as he was getting the carts. He followed up to make sure I got everything I needed. Our encounter was only 1 minute at the most and he remembered and followed up. It warmed my heart!

Better material all you found

Best home Depot store (Berea Rd Cleveland) around! I started out with the new guy that was just hired, Antonio, great employee. He couldn't answer my question so he immediately got me someone that could help me. I ended up dealing with Jim. Again another great employee! He took the time and talked to me for a while about what I was looking for and what I needed, and it was like talking to a friend. Jim helped me out getting what I needed and at the right price. Everyone in that I had contact with in that store, including my cashier Val, we're just wonderful. I got a good price for what I was looking for, the people treated me so good there, as they always do!

The folks at the garden center and customer service were incredibly helpful and understanding. They exceeded my expectations with their prompt knowledge and care for me needs.

The employees at this specific location are AMAZING and overall will go above and beyond to help customers! You can ask any employee for help and they will stop what they’re doing to help you. Most times, they stop what they’re doing and ask if you need assistance before you have the chance to ask them first.
