I currently brought stuff needed and received great services.

If the store opens at 6AM, why isn't the garden center open at 6am? The gates were still closed at 745am. And there were three employees standing around drinking coffee but no one to help me get the 15 bags of mulch I needed, which I had to struggle to push into the store to pay for.

This store offered the greatest selection of merchandise.

I have purchased quite a few items including tools, I don't have any complaints as of yet!

This store always has what you’re looking for and workers ready to help and nice.

W 117th Store has a wonderful associate 'Kim' who helped me get through my lack of knowledge of Battery operated lawnmowers. I decided not to search further, she didn't have all the answers but did know the associates who did. She didn't abandon me until she was sure I had what I need to make my purchase. Then informed me of additional savings on my purchase.

I had an abnormally large order, and Mark was beyond helpful with assisting my needs and helping me navigate shipping, budgeting, and time restraints. I would place every Home Depot order through him if I could! John was amazing with assisting and I'm thankful for the time and effort they put into my purchase. Thanks, team! 11/10

I love shopping at Berea Road Home Depot because I always have a great experience. The managers, and store reps are very pleasant & approachable. They go over and beyond to assist you during your visit. I am often asked if I am able to find everything ok. Many times I am escorted to an item that I cannot find. From the floor to the register the people are courteous & willing to help! Thank You!

I just realized I did a survey about buying something but I bought a different day and doesn't really pertain to my receipt regardless Home Depot had knowledgeable staff components and exactly what I needed!)...

Overall this store is a pleasure to shop at. The employees have a good attitude and are efficient and helpful. Usually I can find what I need fairly quickly.

I purchased an AC online but when I received it by FedEx it was larger than expected and would not fit my window. I had no issue returning it and making a new AC purchase. Customer Service was fast, professional and polite. I'll definitely shop this store again for home remodeling needs.

I'm doing a full remodel of my upstairs unit with all new kitchen, bath, drywall, electrical, insulation plus sanding and refinishing the floors all with rentals and products from Home Depot. They have everything and super knowledgable!

I’m a 72 yr old female and when I shop there is always staff ready to smile and correctly direct me to the right area. And if I have further operational questions no one makes me feel stupid.

I checked out a few tools and not only was the cashier Sharita professional and friendly, but so was the gentlemen who unlocked the tools for me.

I visited the Home Depot on W117th Street and ALWAYS enjoy stopping in. The store is clean, well-stocked, prices fair, and great people work there(especially Cynthia). But don't dare bring something back. While your purchases post right away, I am still waiting for a credit on my return.I have been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone about this.

PVC in all necessary sizes for home use. Good assortment of fittings and adhesives. Have a good supply of "John Guest" fittings (helpful in running smaller diameter poly tube, RO systems etc)
