Why is Shaunta in customer service do she knows what a customer is ? Show would be a perfect candidate for Wal-Mart. Coming back for over $1000.00 in returns.

The regular store employees , at least in the garden center, were fine. They were out of stock on several seeds-mostly only had radishes and a few herbs. The security guard-who I had to ask where the curbside parking was due to it being car level rather than posted higher like most stores, should definitely not consider a career in customer service. I feel that even security guards represent the store so he needs to do better.

This store is perfect. Everything well organized, clean; and the back was well made. Even if it had soil outside it was still clean. Everything well done.

I think all Home Depot Stores have what I need so it is never really about the store for me? sure the closer to your Neighborhood makes it easier to run to your store and run back home but itis always about the employees! It is quite frustrating to be ignored don’t want to pull out The Senior Card but more than I would like to admit being ignore or an employee being rude happens, and then you have the experience I had today when Asante treated me like I“Matter” When you receive Outstanding Customer Service like that distance or even an occasional “We have it on back order does not matter! Thank you

Clean store and friendly and helpful staff always make my shopping experience good. The products were found exactly where they were listed on-line and easy to locate. I needed store assistance, and the assistant went out of their way to help me find the right blade for my project. Always look forward to shopping here. Thanks HD team for making shoppers feel safe, and thanks for helping us when needed.

Miguel in the tool corral is great. If you have a problem see him. You need more worker like him. More “insightful management” would raise the overall ratings for the store. Don’t let good enough be the best that you can offer.

Products were hard to find for me. Searched all around the store for the location that was on the website. Had to find out from an employee that the location is actually in front of the store and that I would have to pay for it first then get them. So I pay and go outside to load up my car. Surprise they don't have all the items I just paid for and no one outside to assist me. I had to hunt someone down and explain what happened. I was assured that they had my items and that they would bring them out front. Well that never happened. My original receipt timestamp was 3:18 pm. My refund timestamp was 4:56 pm. Absolutely ridiculous.

This store is a bit crowded right now.

The employees were awesome from entry to exit. They kept the lines moving amidst Covid-19. They all had al pleasant demeanor and were very enthusiastic about helping. Awesome customer service all around.

My visit today, was very pleasant and I have to acknowledge two standout employees. Wendy who greeted me at the door. And Thursday who assisted me in the store. I couldn’t have been more pleased to feel the warmth and welcomed attitude, by these two ladies, especially during this critical time that the world is experiencing. Thank you and especially thank them for a job well done.

I love shopping at the Wesley Chapel Hoe Depot because they have plenty of in stock items for home rehab projects as well as team members in departments that can assist you.

Extremely busy monday thru friday be prepared to wait. don't visit them if you are pressed for time.
