Very pleasant shopping experience, primarily because of the helpful/friendly/knowledgeable employees who assisted us in making our purchase decisions. Have never had a bad experience at Home Depot.

This store was extremely helpful in setting up a quick installation of my new water heater at Christmas time. From the person at the contract desk to the company they hired and the employee that did the installation all did an awesome job getting it done and relieving all the stress for me. They were all very nice, informative, and thorough. Thank you all! I would always recommend Home Depot.

I go to this home depot quite often and I have never had a badd experience in the many years that I have been going there the staff have been nothing but Helpful!!!!!! I'd recommend this store to any and all professionals most of the workers there actually know what they're talking about

In my book she should received some kind of recognition for her excellent service on helping others an making the wait transaction as she worked with all of us one by one. Making it a remarkable experience for each of us.

The store at Wentzville Parkway is always very clean and well stocked .The people who work there are always friendly and responsive to your needs.The Wentzville store has that home town feeling when you walk in.Its my goto store.

The Assistant Manager Craig at the Wentzville Missouri Home Depot has provided the best customer service I have ever received. He took an absolutely horrible situation with our appliances and turned the whole experience around. It was clearly 100% Maytag’s fault we did not receive our appliances on time, but they still insisted it was Home Depot’s fault. Craig did not stop until the issue was resolved which included countless phone calls with the delivery company and Maytag. If he says he's going to do something, he does it. He was very prompt with getting the issue fixed. You don’t find many people in the customer service industry that care about their job or customers the way Craig does. He is a valuable asset to Home Depot and should be recognized for going above and beyond. I will be a lifelong Home Depot customer because of the service I received from Craig.

I am now retired after working in construction all of my life, doing everything from laboring to managing multi million dollar projects. I can't seem to stop. Too many kids and to many projects. Years ago I only shopped at specific lumber yards and supply houses and went to the big box stores only out of necessity. I've learned that home depot is the best of the big box stores and have better pricing and selection than the supply houses. Last month we bought over $20,000.00 worth of lumber for my daughters house. I don't spend that kind of money unless I am confident I am getting quality products at a good value.

I like going to this Home Depot because of the friendly employees and the products I'm looking for are in stock. It's a nice clean facility to shop at, too. Help is always nearby and they don't keep bothering you if you are just "looking."

I love our Home Depot in Ofallon, MO. Today my sister and I took the DIY class to make a drill and battery holder/charging station. Five minutes into the class we decided it’s now a wine rack. Our instructor Joe Brooks was awesome and super patient considering the class was just 3 crazy ladies. This was our first class taken as well as Joes first class instructing. He was a great teacher and we learned a lot of great tips. We will definitely be back for more classes!

This is a busy store, and really nice. I always need help, takes a minute, but eventually a friendly employee helps you out. I will be back again. Great sales!!!

I went there to pay for a countertop order that was started at the O'Fallon location. I had a great experience with the employees at both locations. Very clean stores. All the employees that I interacted with were very friendly and extra helpful.

5 STARS!!! Thank you for excellent customer service! My husband and I recently purchased a refrigerator. The two gentlemen assisting us in the purchase of our refrigerator we're very friendly, answering any questions that we had making it a wonderful experience. Also want to shout out to the self check out cashier that SAME day who are also very friendly and help assist us with a mailbox. Thank you for making our visit so delightful! We will be back to this location!!

A great store to find those items you need around the house. The prices are are very competitive and of good value. Importantly, the store is staffed by employees who are knowledgeable and willing to assist you.

This store was as neat and clean as you could expect. I was disappointed by the few (3) choices of gas ranges in the kitchen appliance department. The young employee in the appliance department did his best to satisfy my needs. I did order a gas range, but only because I knew what specific range I wanted prior to going to Home Depot.

My only issues with home depot is that I really wish they would build a store here in troy Missouri 63379 it's so crazy that Lincoln county Missouri does not have a home depot there is so many towns around are city and no home depot we have to take a 1/2 hour drive just to get to your store and the town lumber companies and supply companies are so costly and have such unreasonable prices I just think Home Depot would succeed here and be great for the community
