The store was clean but the employees are not overly friendly. There is no sense from them that they want to help shoppers etc. They all seemed rather blah. Considering they are pricier than a competitor I would expect the service to be better

I live a distance away and find Home Depot to consistently have better deals than other construction/home supplies, stores close by. The people seem friendlier too. I often need help with my projects and I can always find someone.

THIS STORE IS FUN TO SHOP AT. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND DOES IT IN A CARING WAY. THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO BE SURE YOU FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. GO CHECK IT OUT

Store located close to my home, nice and clean, employees very helpful especially in the garden area I love the holiday decorations available. Good place to shop and I can always find what I am looking for.

Bob, Josh, and Kyle went above and beyond helping us with a big lightning order before we made the trip to the Wentsville location. The store was clean and everyone was so nice!

Store looked great and check out was quick. Employee Octavio was especially helpful. If he's not in management he should be. He has the enthusiasm, knowledge of the store and personality to do well in management! (I caught his name when he assisted me but have no idea of his role within Home Depot).

I like to shop at Home Depot now that they have a bigger staff, more of them that walk the floor to help customers if they should have a question or cant find something.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I found the item through the app in the store but it was too high for my reach. An employee approached us without asking, he was very aware of our safety and his. He took proper measures to get the item and he even got us a shopping cart to carry it to the cashier. HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!

Found the product easily and store employee was right there to help. The store was very clean and displays were were impressive. Employees appeared to be happy with their jobs. Only home improvement store I will use in the future.

Associates are always helpful and knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer to a specific question they take the time to ask someone else and to find out. very friendly and a fun store to go to ! my favorite

The store is always spotless and has clear isles. I've always had a good experience every time I shop there and employees are always helpful.

The store was clean and easy to shop, however, I was denied my military discount (and on Memorial Day weekend no less) because the product I bought wasn't eligible. It was neither on sale nor a special or temporary item. It was a leaf blower! The associate told me I could come back next week and try returning the item and rebuying it to see if the discount would then go through. Yep, I have all kinds of time to do that! I will shop elsewhere in the future...

I have generally found the employees of this store to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I recently moved from O'Fallon Mo. close to the Mexico Rd. store. I drove out of my way to shop at the Cottelville store on Mid Rivers Mall Dr. The store was cleaner and the employees were more friendly and just a better overall experience! When I moved to Wentzville I would drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to MY HOME DEPOT in Cottelville and the Wentzville store was only 5 min. from my house. My wife and I needed paint for our new home and my wife didn't want to make the drive to Cottelville so we went to the Wentzville store, to my surprise this store was even better than Cottelville. Jasmine in the paint dept. helped us and she alone won me over! After that experience I continued to shop at the Wentzville HOME DEPOT and this store has now become "MY" HOME DEPOT!

The employee at the appliance desk was friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us. In fact, she stayed an hour late to make sure that our order was submitted and that we did not have any additional questions before we left the store. We had come in a few different times, trying to decide if we were going to buy new appliances and which ones. The same employee assisted us each time. In fact, she remembered my first name. To me, that is important. It showed my husband and I that she was not only paying attention, but that she cared about us, and our needs. We can't say enough about this store experience.

Had a great experience buying cabinets with Peggy W. She made sure we had everything we needed before we left the store. Went back a few weeks later and bought appliances, and the same person helped us out, and were in and out quickly!

I was there to replace a washer and dryer. Purchase was made and it will be 3-6-19 before my new Maytag washer and dryer is delivered. The sales lady Karen was very professional and reminded me that I should be able to trust in the Maytag brand since the set I was there to replace was 11 yrs. old and washed a load of clothes every single day (if not 2) for eleven years. She comforted me in knowing the $2,000.00 (plus) I was making at their store today was well invested.

store employee was friendly. I just wish I could of seen a floor model of my dishwasher , I wanted before purchasing.

This is great store! The staff is helpful but never a nusiance. The store has a great selection, but will also help customers find items at other depot stores or homedepot.com. It's my go to home store!

Special thanks to Karen Knott, Appliance Specialist. She went out of her way to find the sink we wanted to purchase. It was in the store, but hidden on a top shelf in the back. She then assisted us with finding the faucet and garbage disposal we were looking for. When I tried to install the sink in our Silestone counter top, the opening was too small. I called Karen for help, and see was able to find and recommend some folks for me to call. She even called us the next day to make sure we were taken care of. Excellent example of customer service!

Karen worked really well with us on get our cabinets configured correctly for what we needed.
