Excellent worker's very helpful, polite and the store was clean everyone had mask. Consistent cleaning. Helpful beyond good measure. Great store to shop at. Only fault didn't carry pool supplies. Filters to be exact. Again 10+ rating from this buyer's point of view in plumbing kitchen products for remodeling as well as bath and over exceptional in appliance dept as well as garden.

DO NOT USE ONLINE PICKUP ORDERING. It is a disaster right now! The only reason I said yes to recommend This store is because we have very few choices

This is by far the worst home depot i have ever shopped at . the employees and management dont seem to know how to run a large store and treat the customer with respect .Better off just closing this store down. very disappointed .

Considering everything that is going on the staff was extremely helpful and took the time to really help me make the right decisions. The line outside moved quickly and efficiently. this definitely will be my go to for home depot stores in my area.

I always need help when I go into Home Depot because the store is so big. Many items are high up on shelves that I cannot reach---- last year it was hard to find Help.... THIS year is much improved and I cannot expect that they know exactly what I'm looking for but I would appreciate that more employees were seasoned FIX it people instead of young folks with little home ownership project experience

While Covid-19 infections are still increasing in the state of Maine we wish the workers would wear masks and at least use hand sanitizer more often.

The experience was what I expected from management and staff. Thanks Manager Nate and Kelly for making my refrigerator problem right.

Store clean. Bathrooms clean, courteous staff. Helpful in supporting you if you don't understand a project. Informational. Only one time , a worker went in the opposite direction when seeing you needed help. Finally nail them down. I noticed they no longer work at this store. Sharon in flooring is over the top.I never knew her and she was like a family member helping me .

The people of this store are so helpful! Every time I go there they are always smiling, and fun to do business with!

We find what we need for projects either planned or unplanned, quantity is rarely an issue. Delivery has always been on time when needed. It’s our first choice. Staff are always helpful and nearby.

Being a home owner it nice to have a store were the average handman can get the building supply's at a great price ! Thanks! I've built two homes out of the waterville store! And I have every receipt!!

Donna at the costumer service desk was so amazing and patient with us. And also got my first Home Depot card and saved on my purchase. Thanks again Donna you rock

I love this store! They have the nicest people working here, it's always neat & clean & well lit. And the prices are pretty good too! I always end up spending more time & money than I had planned!

Ordered carpet for every bedroom (4) and the hallway in my home. Numerous times we were given install dates and I would sit home all day waiting. No one would call to cancel or reschedule. I would call and be told “the carpet isn’t in yet” and given a new date. This went on for MONTHS. The house we bought had nasty carpeting in it and we were all sleeping on air mattresses in the living room until the install. Finally the time came for the carpets to finally be installed. My husband was out of town but I didn’t want to turn them away because it was FINALLY happening. The installers showed up at 6pm after we were told by 2pm. They were extremely pleasant and worked very hard. There were 3 of them, all men. They did not finish the install until 11:30pm which was quite awkward for me and my 3 kids (1 of which who was only 1 and way past bedtime). I finally get into bed to have flashlights being shined in my windows and police banging on my door. A neighbor has called in a noise complaint due to the carpet install. I had a screaming baby, barking dog and pure chaos trying to deal with all of it myself. I still have a roll of carpet in my front yard that was left behind. No discount was given after numerous complaints. I will never do business here again. Which is unfortunate because it is conveniently located and we have a ton of work we are doing on our home.

As far as big box stores go this one is decent, its the staff that makes this place stand out.

We're lucky to have this store within 20 minutes. Well stocked, Helpful cashier's, Always seem short handed in the 'power tool' area.

We basically live at this store right now as we finish up some home renovations. The store is easy to navigate, the service is great and all the store associates are welcoming, warm and friendly. The only critique I have is that everything (even on the bottom shelves) are so dusty! Our allergies act up every time we come in. I'd happily dust for you guys! Other than that its a great store!

The store is at a great location, The staff is professional and friendly they make you feel at home, To Donna and Paul thank you both for making my shopping experience as easy as it can get.

I needed a battery for my van and had never used the self check out line for things that required a core exchange/charge so I turned around to scan for an employee to assist me and there was one immediately available who helped me through the whole process and expedited my purchase quickly and correctly,,, no looking and scouting isles trying to locate someone to assist

Great store ,great people,easy to get to,and they have or can get any thing that you need.I have shopped on line twice in the last 2 months and picked up my order the next day.1st time was 40 bags of concrete mix.Already the next day on a pallet and they loaded it on my trailer.

I've always had great service at this store you have good employees it's usually the only home Depot that I shop in I usually find everything i need easily but have always had good vibes from employees if it's not their area they bring me to the employee that would know what I need I think it's good for a retailer to have area specific knowledgeable employees this store seems to strive at that thank you for everything

Associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. Store is organized and plotted out in an easy to shop manner. Product availability is excellent. Lumber quality is fair. I only wish more products were covered by the military discount. That's not an issue with any store in particular, but a corporate issue. Overall, I prefer this location over a couple others that are geographically closer in proximity. I appreciate happy, smiling and helpful employees.

I just love this store

I wish that the cashier would ask if you need help loading the products you buy.. sometimes it is a lot and heavy, sometimes its hard for a woman to load what they purchase in a truck.

I have never had a problem with this store i always find what i'm looking for and when i need help with anything an employee helps me out.

Went to get lumber today and had to find someone to help amd the person that helped was very rude and unprofessional. She droped the lumber on the rack and then took off. Had to get another employee to help get them down. Would never go back to this store again or let alone have her help. I have never know it to be ok to swear on the floor as an employee.

Love this store!

All of the store people were very helpful and knew their products, I shop their often and really like the flowers from there, I always shop there for their knockout roses and hanging plants.
