Just moved to the area and very pleased with the service at this location.

Staff are very helpful

Had a bit of trouble with an online purchase delivered to Waterville store. Alyssah and Donna were exceptional with courteous , patient help.

Had a great experience until that staff got involved. Cashier was rude and the rest of the staff was just standing around in the way.

I went up to the customer service desk to ask a question about the price difference between online and in store. I was told with an attitude next time buy it on line and the customer guy ended it like that and walked off with me still standing there in disbelief that he even talked to me like that over a simple question why? There was a 7 dollar difference , funny thing is I could of ordered it online and picked it up the for the cheaper price. They lost my business except to return the blades for a refund because I got them cheaper else ehere with better friendly customer servbice

I was in the store today and waited for over 2 hours to get help. The person working was on lunch and they didn't have anyone else in the store that could help in doors. When he returned, he was rude, unprofessional and not helpful. We were getting a barn door and it was stuck in a corner that was barely accessible. In order to pull one out, we had to maneuver around pallets and merchandise. It was ridiculous!! Of course, no one was around to help us! Even after we paid, no one offered to help us load the awkward door into our car.

Associates are not engaging and are more concerned with private conversations than they are helping ustomers

We have purchased home good for our new condo, and this store has been very helpful. Very pleased with all departments, lots of people working so shorter lines ans less waiting, nice and friendly atmosphere.

I have lived in many states and have been to many home depots. I don't have anything bad to say about this home depot. Maybe it is the Mainer personality because everyone is incredibly helpful and nice. I have never had a bad experience at this home depot.

One day it was pouring rain and our grill broke with company arriving. I headed to Home Depot after researching that they had the grill I wanted. I walked into the store and the first employee I encountered dropped what he was doing and set out to unlock the grills. He figured out how to partially dismantle the grill ( in the pouring rain) so it would fit in my car. He expedited getting it paid for quickly. Wow! Amazing service! Cheerful even despite the rain! Its a great grill.

This store and its employees have always been very upbeat and helpful, a great place to shop .

We needed parts to fix our kitchen sink.. the associate (Ellie) knew exactly what we needed and how to replace the broken pieces. She was extremely helpful and pleasant.

There is always someone very knowledgeable who doesn't mind taking their time to help you.

I bought few days ago flooring stuff and all guys are really friendly

I visit the Waterville store often, and on every visit all the employees are willing to stop what they are doing and help me any way they can. I shop for my personal and professional task and will go out of my way to hit this store and its mainly because of the employees...Thank you all for what you do!!

Our Home Depot has a great selection of flooring.

Jessica and Donna were very helpful and I got the product I wanted quite quickly.

I went to the self check out to pay for my batteries and was greeted by an employee named Rebecca. She suggested I buy a different kind of batteries that were on sale. Not only did I get 20 extra batteries I saved $9. She was great!!

I purchased this item as it had great reviews and I've wanted to test out a new way to clean. I had it shipped to the store for pick-up. Easy process and the staff were great.

Stock may suffer as supply chain issues continue, but with the expertise of this facilities staff, they will be able to find you the parts, pieces, and even adapters necessary to repair whatever you may need.

I spent at least an hour or so at home online picking out available product I needed (gutters in this case) measuring the area on garage, talking it over with my spouse, writing down the products carefully on paper and making sure of availability before heading out on a 1 hour + round trip to Waterville Home Depot, just to discover that the manager isn't doing their job and the product was not available. Oh, you might say, hey, maybe you should have called first...well I shouldn't have to as the production information, if not accurate online, then Home Depot shouldn't have an online presence, cause what's the point, right. But have you ever tried to call the Home Depot in Waterville? It's impossible. I called them about a week ago to find out if they have two sections of Split Rail fencing, and only because I have a headset, I stayed on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for someone to pickup. They initially picked up the phone, but while they were trying to locate someone to help me...I was on hold forever and finally hung up after about 20-25 minutes. If I don't need to go to Home Depot...I won't. It's a very bad shopping experience.

If you have any shed needs please deal with Tori or Jenny at the pro desk they will take care of everything you need these two women go out of their way for you And are the best to deal with

When you go to self checkout with a lot of similar items in the cart, and the associate ask to help you out without asking her, is greatly appreciated. Checkout was easy and fast!

Great Home Depot to shop for all your business and home necessities and I have never witnessed such a beautiful outdoor selection of flowers and tomato plants. All shelves were filled inside and out. Keep up the great work at the Waterville Store. Martin L.
