Employees to not even egg knowledge you; you walk through the isles as the employees are looking down at their cell phones. The service provided by cashiers and management is inconsistent and unreliable. As a pro member I have spent over $12,000 this year alone at this location. My loyalty means nothing to the store and I will never step foot in this location again

This store is extremely well run and obviously well managed. I found the store full of highly motivated and efficient employees in all areas of my experience. Employee morale is of the highest caliber, which always reflects on leadership/management!

Great store for electrical projects. Has a great selection of quality electrical products and very organize to fine what you need.

Friendly staff. Clean place. Plenty of parking spaces. My only dissatisfaction is that some employees don't give the chance to customers to have the the receipt emailed to them when the prompt on the checkout screen asks for it.

The store is generally tidy and someone is always available to answer questions and/or direct me to someone who can ... associates are always pleasant and helpful !: ) Home Depot is my favorite store to shop in !!

Where do I begin? :-) The handle & adjustment arm had broken on my toilet that was 20+ years old and I thought this should be an easy resolve. It would have been if I had gone to Home Depot first! :-) I first went to a another company's store because it was closest to me. That salesperson had no idea which products would work that were on the shelf (worthless as far as customer service goes!). Next I went to a Hardware store...only 2 selections & none of which would fit. Next stop (& last stop thankfully!)...I drove to Home Depot. The Salesperson was phenomenal! She knew exactly which items on the shelf would work, and walked me through the process with exceptional knowledge and kindness! Awesome customer service!!!! Moral of the story: Next time I need help, I'm going to Home Depot first!! Thank you, Home Depot!

Clean store and stocked shelves. Trust me you can't go wrong with this store. From the smiling faces at the customer service desk as soon as you walk in to plenty of people willing to help with any questions you have. This is my go to store for most purchases from major appliances to counter tops, lumber, plumbing, paint, outdoor furniture, garden supplies and home improvement materials made easy for homeowners. It's true more saving more doing. And I love the interest free offers when I use my Home Depot card. Thanks guys.

Store is always so clean and organized, no matter when you go in. Everything is always stocked, staff members everywhere and they are so nice and ready to help!

I'm totally fed up with the self check outs. This Home Depot is no exception. I refuse to use self check outs at any retailer. Any working person unionized or not should not be using these checkouts. For everyone that is used that represents an employee without a job. Who in there right mind would handle process pay and bag there purchase. Wake up people this is a multi billion dollar corporation that expects you to do this at your expense.

The store and it's employees are great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly even though they are always running on a skeleton crew because of corporate. One person should not have to man 3 departments. This happens at all the stores not just 4280. Things have certainly changed since I worked there years ago. I would like corporate to know that they need to stop treating their employees the way they do. The way the employees treat the customers they deserve much better. They are not just a number. They are family, friends, neighbors even strangers but they always treat the customer with respect. Corporate can learn from their employees!

I am not a construction person but I buy all materials for the projects at home. Joe in lumber IS THE GUY! He takes my lists, helps me get everything in there. If something is not available, he lets me know how to order it. Then helps me load my truck! Doris in Customer Service helped my transaction go smooth! Also noticed they employ people with special needs and that makes my heart sing! All people Ive been in contact there, has been friendly and helpful. Can't thank you enough for making my trips to HD a breeze!

This store is simply amazing. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Every aisle you go to, someone is there to assist. I love this store. I live in providence and there is a closer homedepot to my house, but I always prefer to go to this o e instead.

The Home Depot at 80 Universal Blvd. Warwick, RI 02886 is knowingly selling expired products to their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The store manager is rude and does not see a problem with deceiving the stores customers!
