Went in to make a substantial purchase for a home reno project. The employees we encountered were helpful in getting what I needed and sales that were available

I screamed at the top of lungs for customer assistance. Service desks tells me they are busy. Someone or manager could have picked up the intercom system to ask for customer assistance. No such thing - Employees were busy at 11:15 AM?

Very good customer service !! Would go there even if out of my way because I know I’m going to be helped and get exactly what I need !!

The employees at this location are absolutely hands down the Most helpful friendly kind people I’ve ever met in any store .

I purchased several gallons of UGL Dry Lok paint for my basement floor at the Home Depot store in Warwick and the service was great. A sales person named Lisa went above and beyond to assist me which is not the norm in most stores today. She really went out of her way to find it and was very professional.

The employee in appliances was knowledgeable

The gentleman at the paint shop was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and recommended some great products.

ED GHOBRIAL IS AN EXCELLENT SALES PERSON THAT REALLY LIKES SERVICING HIS CUSTOMER AND TAKING CARE OF THEIR NEEDS. I NEVER FELT RUSHED, BUT I BOUGHT A DISHWASHER AND AN OVEN IN 45 MINUTES FROM THE TIME I WALKED INTO THE DEPARTMENT AND CHECKED OUT. HE IS A KEEPER AND WORTH WHAT EVER YOU PAY HIM

Lisa in the paint department made me feel SO comfortable taking on a new project by assisting me with paint types/colors on a super personal level. Jim in the lumber department made me laugh a ton while helping me figure out exactly what I was looking for (and uncover quite a few mistakes we corrected!) I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a home store as I have at this location with these two employees. They deserve a hefty raise. Thanks for hiring two absolutely phenomenal people.

Since it opened decades ago, I have shopped at this Home Depot with some fairly good customer service mixed in with some REALLY BAD service. Julie is, by far, the best I have ever dealt with. She should train every new employee!

As a contractor I go to this homedepot literally every day and every single time I leave with a smile I’m happy with the service happy with the customer service and will definitely keep coming back

Been to this Home Depot hundreds of times - I had my best experience at this location thanks to one of the store manangers, Rusty!

Haven't been in this store for a few years but recently visited it on a few occasions. On all three visits the service has been exemplary. Staff was polite, very helpful and really made me feel like what I was there for was very important to them shown by their desire to make certain I was satisfied.

I went shopping for a new dryer and had applied for a Home Depot card online earlier that day. When I went to complete my purchase in the appliance department there was an issue with the transaction, the associate Ed Ghobrial called the customer service line and stayed on the phone with them until it was all set. He was kind, patient and easily could have passed us off to someone else. We appreciated his time and dedication!

HAD A MINOR ISSUE AND ALYSSA MADE IT A TOP PRIORITY . VERY IMPRESSED.5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Useless services - they don't get back to you or do what they say they will do (such as call back from a specific phone number.) Then when you have to call in and speak to a spanish rep who's sole goal is to get a credit card charge from you to have someone come out and estimate. The whole process is a joke and not worth beginning.

Needs Surface Coating and New Lines for Parking

We live in North Kingstown so favor the depot there. Warwick store--same experience.

Each time I am at this staore I get a very knowlegeable service person to help me. This makes the trip and experaince m uch better and worth the trip..
