Plenty of staff ready and willing to help.

The store is clean and easy to find the items,the staff are helpful(even though they are tired),less prize(same items)compare to other store.thank you and keep it up.highly recommended

The store was clean and organized. The clerk was knowledgeable about the stove we purchased. We received help when we purchased the stove from an associate.

My office called the store to see if they have 18 solar post tops. I went to purchase them and there were some in a display and others on the floor. An employee retrieved cases above the display. The display posted a price of $5.97 each, which I took a photo of. Upon checkout the cashier, Paul said they were $21.97 each. I showed him the photo and he said he would honor the lower price and needed a manager approval. Julie the manager said that someone placed the wrong units in the display. I would have gotten the posted price in any other of the stores I frequent. The service was not up to HP standards.

Ed Ghobrial in the appliance department was so nice and helpful. He took the time to walk me through the different washers and dryers. Very nice guy.

I had a great Shopping experience at this store. the associates in Doors/Windows/Kitchen were extremely helpful. and the cash out was exceptional as well. However, the items i wanted were not in stock. But they were in Coventry store so i arranged pick up there. from that point, the purchase became a disaster. they gave me part of the order correct and a wrong door - and it was a return so there was no packaging and told me thats all they had even though when we bought it 48 hours prior there were 4 in stock. then we find out this returned product had stripped screws and no i have to return it all I am done with Home Deport
