I love Home Depot on 211 in Middletown, NY. They always have what I need in stock and are very easy to deal with. The store is always clean and filled with the items I am looking for.

Store is cleaned and employees are courteous and the store is filled with products throughout the aisles , it is well illuminated and there are signs in all the soles, cashiers are friendly and the store is clean.

It was easy to find what I needed and no crowds or lines. Tracey at self check out was like my new friend! She was so helpful. There was a man in paints too that came to me to help without me asking him to. He helped me choose the correct paint I needed.

One of my 2 main HD. I appreciate the variety, prices, sales, and service quality. Kudos to the employees, bosses, corporate!

The Home Depot in Middletown, NY is the best HD for miles around. The store is always stocked and staff is terrific. You can always find help when looking for that part you aren't quite sure will work for your needs. I have visited at least a dozen other Home Depots and I am fortunate that this location happens to be my local store because it is the best of all the ones that I have visited.

I had a wonderful experience this morning at Home Depot with Barbara, the kitchen consultant, and I was very happy with the plan she came up with, and I will take all her good advice to heart as I plan my kitchen with her going forward. She was very patient and informative, and I enjoyed the experience very much. She knows her stuff, for sure.

I was there to purchase a new exterior door for my home and really enjoyed working with Susan. She was friendly, knowledgable and took her time.

It's good to see that different stores have different merchandise. It's important to have the opportunity to "shop around" not only for price, but for a variety of similar merchandise. The items I purchased were seasonal, but the quality appeared to be good and I hope (for the price paid) that this will be a permanent addition to my Halloween display. as a family heirloom for my years old "Cemetery"!

Customer service is always disorganized and rude when picking up online orders. Be prepared to wait 30+ min after waiting 20 min to checkout.

When you are a woman and in home depot, the clerks will ignore you and go to the men. So if you need help or have a question you are on your own. I research whatever I need but sometimes would like to know my business is valued. I do most of my own home improvements and know what I want when I walk in. But if it is unavailable I would like to be able to ask someone some questions about when it will be in stock. Last time I was in this particular home depot, I needed paint. I waited for 15 minutes for the clerk after customer service told him I was waiting. He wasn't helping anyone. Then waited another 10 minutes for him to get off his cell phone to give me the paint. I think I need to start going somewhere else.

Beatriz is the employee to look for, she won’t leave you hanging or feeling like your needs weren’t met. Thumbs up for this excellent service and the second language speaking (Spanish) was a plus. Thank you!!!

The lazy workers in blinds and flooring shouldn’t be working there if they don’t want to help you. Do not waste ppl time. I hate coming here but I need things for my home. I won’t be returning.

Everyone is friendly and helpful! Very well stocked great variety. They had the quality we wanted and the store is clean and so are the restroom.

The sales associate Jose Cora was very pleasant and helpful. He took the time and effort to find the correct item we needed to purchase. He was knowledgeable and knew which systems to browse to look for the correct item number since there was a discrepancy on the barcode and item number on the floor tiles we wanted to purchase. He even acknowledged the presence of 2 other customers who were in line while he was assisting us. He validated that in store shopping is still the way to go vs going on line due to people that will physically go above and beyond their jobs to help customers.

A Huge Thank You to Ronan in building supplies who helped me locate products that were completely out of place. He was patient, persistent, extremely helpful, very kind and polite. He went well above & beyond to assist me. Also a big Thank You to Dave who doesn't even work in lighting but went through the entire inventory to help me find ceiling fans. He and Sam were very helpful, professional, polite and kind. With all the challenges and obstacles we all are going through throughout the pandemic, I am very grateful for people like Ronan, Dave & Sam who make the days a bit more pleasant and spread some kindness into the world! You guys are the Best ~ Thank you!

At this time the store associates are trying to rotate the customers in and out. As a customer you are rushed. I received assistance from the Department head of seasonal and the seasonal isles were clean.
