The store has great products, clean store and great employees. I shop here at the Middletown location. Always have.

I found the product, but the appliance specialist ( what's on his business card, not what I would call him) was slow and somewhat rude. If you go to buy appliances, stay away from Michael Clarizio

IAN in flooring was very knowledgeable and able to answer so many questions on vinyl and wood products! He was able to quickly schedule us for measuring too! Hats off to IAN! Look him up when you are looking for flooring.

The people at the customer service desk DID NOT care that a line formed out the door for returns, and would not even look over to acknowledge the return line. I waited 30 minutes (with just one person in front of me) to even be helped. Not even an apology for the long, extended wait.

Very clean store and helpful staff who answered all questions I had about the items I bought and as a veteran. the discounts available. great service and good and friendly staff . I will recommend this store to all my friends. Thanks !!!

If every store operated like Home Depot everything would be right with the world. I shop here as often as I can. If there is an item I am looking for and Home Depot has it I will buy it there over another store.

Just a clean store and friendly staff who will help you with any questions you my have. had no problems finding the items I brought. with the help from the staff. I will be recommending this store to all my friends in the future.

besides the store assoc. that was excellent , to many are "chatting" with other assoc.'s up in the front area . Needs more knowledgeable assoc. in the isle's.

This store is very good and mostly has what I personally am looking for (which is not a lot) I personally feel that if one can not make it back to the store after the purchase, there should be someone designated to answer your calls and guide you accordingly. One should not have to wait 1 hour and a half for someone to answer to simply tell you, I will connect you. The workers I experienced were excellent but the availability was not.

I live in New Jersey and work in Middletown, New York. The Home Depot in Jersey is less than 5 minutes from my house, but I prefer to go to the Middletown store. Better service all around! Everyone is helpful.

I was greeted by cashiers in front, Vinny in hardware helped me out with my purchases. I was also helped locating a faucet by Dean from the millwork desk, he located a ladder and pulled down the faucet I needed to complete a job.

Staff and checking out were friendly. My local HD store.
