EVERY TIME I VISIT THIS STORE THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND SERIOUS ABOUT MY NEEDS. IN THE AREA WHERE WE GOT THE SHEET ROCK THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.. AND THE CASHIER FELICIA WAS A JEWEL, SHE IS THE ESSENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The store is always clean and the associate at the appliance center was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall rating 10

It is very rare that I find great customer service. Sonya, the cashier, was highly professional, courteous and friendly. The front-end manager is always helpful. This store is well stocked and clean.

I went in to get a couple of house plants. I found what I needed quickly and at a reasonable price. The sales associate Sonya was very pleasant and a joy to speak to.

Most employees are wearing their masks under their nose or under their chin. WHY?

If you want comfort and ease after shopping for your items, then this is the right place for excellent service to get you on your way! I plan to shop at this Home Depot for the great service I feel good about receiving. I never thought I would have such happy feeling after being waited on with a great sales cashier. Need more sales people with professionalism and great attitude. It made my day1

I was attended to and assisted. Cashier , Jeannnette, was phenomenal to work with and was patient, accommodating and made my store visit a please one.

Poor customer service. The 2 bright spots are the paint department and appliance dept. when the heavy set black gentleman is working. He is always very kind and asks if you need assistance even if you are just walking by. I only recommend this store because the alternative is no better. I asked on a previous visit to talk with someone about the cameras and the gentleman in the paint dept. called but no one came in 15 minutes so I left.BTW the paint dept is excellent in service delivery.

Tony and Rico are the best associates in customer service. I bought artificial grass and they helped me from start to finish. Thank you guys
