Scheduled delivery not met, couldn't get answers, and many phone calls to no avail. No one seems to know the procedures and how to get my product information, DELIVERY DATE?. Still not delivered, and store can't provide release date to delivery. Phone rolls over and over and repeated info over and over and over. STILL NO ANSWERS. STILL NO DELIVERY.

They were able to resolve my delivery issue with appliances I purchased online, when no other store was willing to take the time to figure out the problem with my delivery. Kudos to the Pro Desk Customer Service and manager “Mandy”

If you are looking for fruit trees or fresh vegetables, look no further. Home depot has it all.

I had never been in a Home Depot until I purchased Rental Properties 12 years ago. Now I love ❤️ my Home Depot and shop there often with and without my Maintenance people. TY HD for taking care of my needs. Gwen

I drive past a Home Depot to get to this one in Macon. The customer service reps and managers are very attentive and I always have a great experiece here

We were looking for a specific light fixture and your employee, Ephraim, came over and asked us if we needed help and proceeded to give us advice on the best one for our job. Then we went over to select light bulbs and he came over and explained the differences in the different watts, and packaging labels. He was a real gentleman and is a true asset to your company!

The Home Depot Associates are very professional, eager to help customers, and friendly. They keep a good supply of stock items to make it a pleasure shopping there.

This store has some a.m. cashiers and delivery people that are rude and ghetto BUT we are giving this store 5 stars for Mrs. Mandy and Mrs. Paula for handling our concerns and resolving our problem about our refrigerator with patience and great customer service! I would recommend this Macon store to a friend if they could deal with Mrs. Mandy or Mrs. Paula and Chris( our sales guy on our initial visit)!

I had no idea where to start after selecting the water heater because I needed other things and he helped me find everything on my list. Great guy and so polite. I will go back just to let him help me.

The store was very organized, help was readily available, everyone was very friendly that I encountered and the items I needed were in stock.

The store manager, Veronique provided excellent service in assisting me with an online purchase. I was unable to contact a human being via the 800 number, and was only able to text with a rep, who was obviously overworked trying to answer multiple problems at the same time. After and hour and a half i hung up and called the Macon store and spoke with Veronique. She answered all my questions and met me when i came in the store and resolved the issue. Kudos to her. Give that lady a raise!

Bought blinds for my whole house and everything was smooth and easy

Angi and Walter are great team members at W. Macon Home Depot. They are professional and always go above and beyond to ensure I am aware of discounts and services. I was leaving and I passed an older woman that had a very large fan to take outside when the heat index was 116. I thought she was waiting for help from an employee so I walked right past her and went outside. I thought wait I think she is getting Maconed so I turned back and offered her help. She explained she was starting to panic that she would not be able to take this massive fan home and I was a huge help. I helped this 70 something year old get the items she had in her SUV. I was very disappointed in the staff.

I am a traveling contractor that visits a lot of different Home Depots for work. The Home Depot in Macon, GA has been one of the best stores I've visited, even though the Yelp reviews of the store were not great. The associates were very friendly and knowledgable. The store was well stocked and clean/organized.

It took over a hour for 12 landscape nails and 3 8' landscape timbers.

Extremely satisfied with my product and the help of employees.
