I recommend this store because not all the employees are bad or don't care. they have a lot o people is willing to help find what you need and resolve wherever issues you have for your job.

GREAT STORE WITH WORKERS LIKE ELIETH AND MANAGER HEATHER THAT MAKE IT THE BEST IN ORLANDO!!!! THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP ME IN RETURNING A PRODUCT WITH NO RECEIPT.

Hi My name is Amanda; I have been shopping at this Home Depot store for fifteen years, and has never been disappointed the employees are also cheerful and happy the help when I ,am unable to locate the items I am shopping for. It is my go to store.

Make sure you have Betty Boop help you in this store. She was amazing!

Store was clean all employees were there when I need help

Heather, Jose and Kevin department for windows an doors I can't say enough about all three of your employees they went above an beyond to assist me with all that I needed to replace my doors. Someone tried to break in my home and destroyed my door thank god for my neighbour. She also had ring which made me purchase two as well from you. Also bought two doors because I had been holding out on repairing my door from the garage to my kitchen. From the time I advise Heather this Friday morning she was on it so willing to assist me. Went by your store an low and behold she were still working a chance to meet in person. She helped me find everything I needed an then some. Kevin advised me of better doors that I should have them replaced with so I did. Jose things I could not find he would go and pick them up and bring too me. Everything they advised I needed I purchased spent about 2 1/2 hour maybe more they treated me like family they were so concern for me too be safe an stay safe. I would be going back just to visit them and make all my purchases with home depot you have a customer for life thank you.

The customer service manager Kaleem and his associate Sonya were BOTH completely unprofessional and rude during my visit on 9/8/2019. From this day forward I would rather drive an extra 20-30 mins for good customer service before I deal with individuals as themselves

The customer service center for the online pick ups is either under staffed or under trained. Today I entered the store to pick up one small item from the online pick up. There was a big line and I noticed that most of the people in line to pick up their online purchases had to wait because their items were not waiting for them in the bin. This was the case for my order also. I could have went into the store, found my product and paid for it myself in 1/4 of the time it took me to wait in the online pick up line. This service is meant to save customers time. If Home Depot can not consistently provide this service I recommend discontinuing the service all together. Also in addition to having to wait for my cashier to retrieve my item (she was very nice) I witnessed one of the other customer service employees walk away from a customer swearing loud enough for everyone in the line to hear. That was very unprofessional and I let him know that I nor the other people in line needed to hear that. He turned around and said, "What did you say!?" I told him to do his job with out the swearing. He walked away saying something under his breath which I'm sure was not in line with Home Depot's standards of conduct. I don't know who is running that watch over there but today was the last time this retired Veteran will shop at that store. I say this only to let the leadership of Home Depot know that these kind of actions has and will continue to result in a loss of business. Being a small business owner myself I would defiantly want someone to let me know if one of my employees were acting in a way that would drive away business.

Make the customer feel wanted for one. These employees should be goal orientated towards customer service excellence. Managers should be proactive in resolving customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner not show indifference. Little customer value shown at this location. I would travel to a much further location to get better customer service or simply shop at a competitor that wants my business.
