SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND ANYONE TO HELP OR TO FIND KNOWLEDEABLE ASSOCIATES

Excellent store ever

My cashier Cardina was very friendly shes always willing to help me whenever I shop there.

you could find any thing you want because they are well lable and if you can find any thing that you can't see help is readily available.

Wonderful experience shopping for ceiling fans! Shout out to Associate Eileen, she helped us pick out exactly what we need. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

Very bad customer service, most of the staff is very unprofessional and has not willingness to help, seems they are there only to earn a salary.

Short wait time in lines

The store was neat. However, the flooring/carpet section was a bit bare. Also, there was associate readily available to assist.

GREAT experience with 3 helpful ladies...Vanessa, Kiana and Samantha!!! They helped me with finding items, getting a credit card and when I came back an hour later they took care of my exchange and again helped me find the correct item I needed!! ALL WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE GREAT CONVERSATION AND GENUINE CARE!!!

Very helpful. I was in the store and my first encounter was with a sweet girl named Samantha. She offered help when she seen the look of confusion on my face. After being assisted post checkout I was kindly helped by Shakera who was very patient with me in my indecisiveness all the way through checkout. Renee, God bless her heart was also helpful in the end when I was inquiring about other services. All in all pretty good store. And trust me I’ve been to plenty around Orlando and this is the first one I’m doing a review on.

Everyone was very helpful

Eddie is a very valuable asset to this company, he has on more than one occasion helped me as I am remodeling my home. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He deserves a raise, tuition reimbursement to move up in the company, etc His phenomenal customer service should be greatly rewarded.

Some customers were not wearing masks. We won't visit a business where mask are not mandatory.

Mills really helped make our shopping experience great! He greeted us and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to help us.

Kevin was super helpful ! He took his time explaining the different door types and styles. Can't wait to get my new door installed!!

I also had problems with one item price that was different from the one in the shell where I took it. I was paying at the self service register and cancelled to go and take a picture to get the correct price. The cashier kindly helped me out when I showed the picture. But my main complain is the "curve pick-up" employee helpfulness (lack thereof). I've come to this store for many years. I'm disappointed at the "curve pick-up" employee's attitude. I asked if I could leave an empty 5 gallon water with them so that I didn't have to go all the way back to the store and the answer was a short NO and turned around to continue chatting with other employees. If the regulation doesn't allow them to do it, it is fine. Just say it! Be nice!

Customer service is not the same as it was

A business thrive not just on the products and services it sells, but on good customer relations. It is understandable that given the trauma of the times you may run out of products, what is not acceptable is your employees are behaving like the store is a social barbecue for coworkers only. All this when shelves are disorganized and the floors filthy and generally unkept. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Please pull up your socks there is much improvement to be had in this store.

I went to this store over my home store because the website said they had an item in stock that my store didn't have. I looked everywhere for it before ending up at the service desk for assistance. Jackie was more than willing to help me and even walked the store with me after I'd told her everywhere I'd looked for it. After the two of us couldn't find it, she took me to the store manager, Lewis, who told me he would for sure send me home with it and asked that I wait while he looked. He came back and said he wasn't able to find them, but even if he had to get me one in from another store, he'd make it happen. He gave me his cell number and asked that I text him and he would call me the next day with one and he not only did just that, but discounted the item for my trouble. All of the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful and friendly.

This is the first review I've ever done, and there has been many that needed to have a negative shout out, however. Out of all the stores Home Depot stores that I have been going to over the past 35 years this store is the worst by far. Employees walk around not a care in the world talking to each other but never asking a customer if they need help. In the Department's there's never an associate to assist you at all. The store is completely cluttered, hard to get around at times. You can't even ask if the associates were nice because they weren't even around anywhere, and in this apartment I went into people were waiting left and right, and that department associate was being called constantly, but never showed up.

Sonya (at the front) the store employee, is rude and racist. Not sure why Home Depot allows people like her to work for them.

The sales cashier Mia was incredible helpful and a delight to work with.
