Jose provide amazing service!

This was a great shopping experience as I found exactly what I needed and the strainer fit perfectly for my tub.

Been a customer of the W. Colonial store for over 20 years. Still the best

The store was difficult to navigate due to product and/or trash on the floor in virtually every aisle. It was as tho the overnight team's shift ended and they left, leaving whatever they were working on behind. I have been in Dollar stores on the 26th of December that were in better condition. Any manager that walked the store that morning should have stopped every activity in the building and started straigthening in order to bring the store to a customer ready condition.

Eileen and her Mgr.ED were great helping me find my item and helping me be able purchase it. She was amazing with all her help.

The store is a dump compared to other Home Depot's, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! THEY WON'T LET YOU WRITE THE TRUTH IN THE REVIEW

The cashier was outstanding Shakera! There was a young-man follow me out the door as if I was stealing. There was a young-lady who was at the exit door appear to taking pictures of the customers. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK IN THAT STORE.

This manager IGNACIO does have very very bad manners to customers, and is aggressive if you see this person try to avoid him

I BOUGHT A FRIGIDAIRE RANGE ONLINE BUT THE SALES REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING FEATURES TO MY WIFE.

i had bought it last night & returned it for an exchange the next day , no hassle

I bought some paint which turned out to be different and was disappointed but when I returned to the store, SANDRA at the service counter made me feel so special, like I was the only one there and she even walked me over to the paint department so that I could have my issue resolved. She was amazing and Tina and the paint department was also very attentive to my needs! Thank you Home Depot! Your efforts in great customer service has not gone unnoticed. Thank you so much! They definitely NAILED IT!

The have what you need, when you need it

Was a over-all good experience shopping at this store. Was able to find everything myself after walking the isles. Had a couple things on my list I could not find and ended up going next door to office depot to find because the couple people I could find to help told me "it may on on this isle." Over-all it's Home Depot and easy to find general construction items I need. Coinventely located near the job I was working on so I will definitely be back.

They had the products I wanted and in enough quantity. I was able to complete the project I was working on.

Sometimes, I am not quite sure the exact product I need, but the associates are always ready to answer questions and point us in the right direction.

I got to the store about 6:40 and I didn’t leave until 8:35pm. The associate in lumber was not helpful I had to walk around asking for help and no one seems to work in lumber department. When I finally got help after being their first over 20 minutes I asked the associate if the price I saw by the plywood was the correct price he replied “I guess” . Did not scanned to confirm. He said he didn’t want to get the machine to lift them down and left. Waited for another 20 minutes because he claimed he needed to find someone to get the gates and to direct him. Luckily a customer saw me in the aisle and offer to help me , just to find out I was looking at the wrong prices. When the lumber associate returned and I told him it was the wrong price and I needed something else that’s when he decide to scan it. I asked if he could lift off the 3 plywood being that I’m a female and I can’t manage. He told me he has to bring back the machine (forklift) back so I had to wait. So I’m there waiting AGAIN, just to see the same associate walking by the aisle pushing a shopping cart. Did not acknowledge me. I started waving out to get his attention and he didn’t even look at me. I had to go back to the front door and ask another associate to please help me lift the plywood off. Now I purchased the plywood, asked the associate and the self checkout if she could page someone to help me out it in my vehicle. That’s another wait. I was out there waiting so long I just starting dragging the plywood on the floor until I finally got in in my truck. About 5 employees me outside struggle not one offer to help. One gentleman told me was I finally got it in the truck that he don’t know how to tie the knot to make sure it’s secure. Right now I have wood splinters all over in the palm of my hand.

I came back to that store for satisfying another customer for sure

Supervisor Renee was great to work with in solving my return problem.

CARLOS MANAGER went above and beyond to help me with a return and giving me a homedepot gift card when the item did not allow a money return and I was very unhappy.. Also Shakira customer service very knowledgeable and helpful in this return area. Thanks Carlos and Shakira for all you do to satisfy customers. It does not go unnoticed.

The attendance were so helpful and smiled throughout my time in the store. The lovely ladies that helped me were Renee and Sphynsie, I wasn't able to get there last names but I very comfortable with them and their service.

The employees at this Home Depot are helpful and courteous. This store is always busy but the employees will still take the time to help.

I had the pleasure of meeting a Ms. Marguerite and she made my trip extra special! Courteous and kind !!

Lots of help available.

The fire lane is being used as a parking lot for the lazy people to park, tie up the loading area, then leave at their leisure.

I bought mulch and plants. The red mulch is amazing. My cashier, Marguerite, was amazing and so helpful

After checking several stores for a range and being told I would need to wait until March, I was able to walk into the Home Depot on W. Colonial, greeting by sales clerk very knowledgable with her department and she found exactly what I needed. We soon realized this same sales person helped me before when my wash went out. At that time she actually recalled seeing one of that brand in storage...just an amazing experience!

I was on the phone with the store on hold while doing the survey for over 20mins on hold

Carts of products were scattered in every aisle making it difficult to move a cart with lumber through the aisles. Had to wait an hour after contacting 3 separate employees for assistance to get lumber cut at the saw.

I bought carpet that was a pretty penny for my family. Home Depot was quick fast and professional. Thank you for what will look like a new home for me!
