Good location. Tucked away but always well stocked. Always a few unique items not seen elsewhere.

No employees.. No floor help. No cashiers

Helpful employees, great pro desk, and an awesome selection at low prices, definitely the best home improvement store around.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. Employees are always friendly and helpful. One thing that bothers me is that customers are always parking under the cover of the loading area, especially if it's really hot or raining. I know the store can't help that they have thoughtless customers--but still, they shouldn't be allowed to do that.

We are extremely thankful to have our Home Depot on the west side of town. They carry pretty much everything we need for any projects we are doing and we buy all our appliances from them at a great price!

Overall this is a very customer service centered store. Employees are always open to questions. Most notable, when I moved from CA, an employee would tell you where an item might be found you were looking for. At this store the employee takes you to the isle and helps you find what you are looking for. Also very "dog friendly"! this is also something that does not happen in CA, not even with service dogs.

The store was well organized and clean. There were more products available and the gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and helpful. I will visit this store more often, even though it is further away than other home improvement stores in my area. I had not been able to find the items I was looking for in other stores.

I am a very busy person with little free time. I shopped around for counter tops, but most smaller places close at 4:30, do not open till 9:30 or 10am. I inquired about home depot, found mary to quite understanding on my needs and my time. She gave me the best suggestions and the best deal. The price on my project was $$$ less than the other small companies, but the Home Depot 24 months 0 interest ! Yea

Excellent customer service in flooring/tile section, especially Kyle. Were short 3 boxes of tile we wanted; called East Asheville store and when we got there: marked with our name; on a cart; ready for checkout. Both stores went above and beyond on that occasion. thanks.

This is the BEST store in the ASHEVILLE area, for just about everything. The employees are consistently kind, helpful, and they really know their stuff. Strongly recommend this place over anywhere else.

Awesome store.

Went into the store and was unsure as to what material I needed and location of options in the store. Store manager came up, helped me locate exactly what I needed, very knowledgeable and personable. At checkout the cashier went over the warranty I purchased for an appliance very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Everyone was courteous and help was readily available. I also observed the manager instructing an employee on a display construction and he was very upbeat, patient, and positive with the associate he was supervising. This really impressed me.

This store SUCKS. I gave it one star because that is as low of a rating possible. I'll spend my money else where. If store number 3645 ever comes up in a conversation I am involved in, I will make my opinion known. From the barber shop to the grocery store. The worst customer service possible.

Great Store!

After recent disappointing trips to one of your competitors--5 minutes from home--I intentionally located a Home Depot, even tho' it was over half an hour away. All the associates I spoke with were super friendly & knowledgable and the one at the paint desk was AMAZING; he was competent beyond belief. It was a pleasure to shop there, and you couldn't help leaving the store with a smile, as even the cashier was very personable as well.

When you buy mulch do fiqure on loading yourself. Good to see they carry MEYERS PRODUCTS. LESS CHEMICALS AND WATKINS PRODUCTS.

This is our store of choice for home improvements and other supplies that Home Depot carries. Most often this store is well stocked with most any item you're looking for. It's clean and well organized. Sometimes their employees are willing to help and sometimes they don't have a clue where anything is located, and seem to have an I don't care attitude - so not much help to you at all. Today we went to purchase fertilizer and lime. The Garden Center was not open yet, as this was at 8:30 AM on a Sunday morning. We went to the Service Desk and asked if the Garden Center was open. The associate said no, it's too cold for anyone to working out there. We decided to leave. But, Wanjira, another associate working at the Service Desk, said we can still help you.. what do you need? She left the service desk, got a cart, escorted us to the Garden Center, helped us locate the fertilizer and lime, helped load it onto the cart, and then checked us out. It's rare that we experience this type of service at this Home Depot, but hopefully this store will see her excellent work ethics and it will encourage other associates to mirror her performance.

This store is convenient to my location, is easy to get into and out of. Organization of products makes it easy to find what I need. Always a friendly staff. I have been using them for 13 years now, and have never had a complaint,

The options are to stand in line at the only manned register longer than I shopped, or leave the hardware that I cannot ring up myself and use self check. Employees everywhere except the ONLY place I needed them...at a cash register. They obviously don't care about customers time or they would open registers. WORST customer service ever!
