Clean and organized - So many friendly employees. I enjoy shopping there. The prices are not bad either. I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of items. Thank you Home Depot for having such a awesome staff at the W. Asheville location.

Great place to shop. Shelves were stocked and aisle ways open. Customer service superb and employees very knowledgeable and pleasant. Always my go to store for home repairs, ideas, etc.

People at the West Asheville Store # 3645 are always very helpful. The store is always clean shelves are full and garden shop always has a great variety of what is in season. Love going there.

The employees here are excellent and friendly. They go the extra mile at the service desk.

We needed flooring. Crystal was so helpful and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your company. It would be wise to invest heavily in her as an employee. This particular Home Depot sets the bar high for the other Home Depot locations. They run a very efficient store as well as being safe, clean and organized. Their associates are very helpful as well as efficient when it comes to assisting customers. Their professionalism is appreciated.

Monica in the cabinetry section is a wizard! She can help you plan and craft the best cabinets from start to finish and is also very knowledgeable about other aspects of purchasing. She helped when no one else could! Highly recommend stopping by her section if you need cabinetry help!

West Asheville home depot is the best the employees is very helpful.

This is by far the friendliest home improvement around. Everyone looks to help so I never have to beg. When I have a problem they are more than willing to solve the problem for me. They are not afraid to help me load my orders, too. I have no idea how they make cement look like new tile.

I appreciate the customized assistance that I've used from the Customer Service desk, the garden center, the plumbing section and with checkout. This store is always clean, items are easy to find, and friendly service is available

The store is clean and the isles are very well labeled to make it easy to find what you are looking for. I shop with Home Depot a lot and I am very pleased with their prices.

Lauren tracked me down as I was heading to checkout to tell me she located the item I came in for. Saved me a return trip. You need to get more Lauren's in your store

Sales associates at this store are awesome. They help you get your credit application. They help you with your purchases and with home delivery. The store is clean and well organized. Excellent customer service. Help from the associates in answering questions and with selecting products is what keeps me coming back.

And I returned some power tools Milwaukee power tools in on warranty to be trade it out on site for the new ones the computer went down the guy doing the return was on familiar with the system he was having a very hard time processing it to begin with. They took my power tools put them behind the counter and handed me what appeared to be a refund for the amount of the tool later checking my bank I seen that I was charged that day for the tool so the refund would’ve covered the accidental charge but I’m still now out of my power tools for months I have tried to contact the manager I have been down there dozens of times I have showed them proof my banking accounts my pro ex account still I have not received my tools back not even the old ones. I spent more money than I’m willing to admit on Milwaukee stuff from Home Depot and for them to treat me this way is absolutely insane over $80

I shopped at your Candler, NC store it is closer to me. James in your electrical Dept was top notch. He approached me asked if he could assist me. I said yes needed some lamp cord cut. Was at your competitors store asked several folks for assistance. They paged twice for someone to cut wire no one showed up. Did observe several employee texting on their phones. So I decided to go to Home Depot for my wire James took care of me and I will be shopping there again because of him.

ordered an appliance from this store but the wrong color was put in when I called the store I was told that it was my fault for not opening box before delivery man left. If you shop here double check order and cover your butt because the store will not

I had the best experience ever and couldn’t ask for better customer service. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I was a bit intimidated and unsure about what to get regarding a new project, and my worries were calmed. Dale really helped me out from start to finish and made a very daunting and complicated process seem like it was a breeze. He answered all of my questions, was extremely patient, and I felt really taken care of. I had a few other people help me and explain a few things to me. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for all of your help! I’ll definitely be back!

This store has always been very neat and clean. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Even with Coronavirus issues, staff was upbeat and helpful. Bought a new mower this time and experience was easy even with adverse conditions. All previous visits have also been positive. Not the closest big store to our home, but a cut above the rest.

Store manager Enos Tisdale and associate Pam Shuler has such a heart to get the supplies and correct products you are looking for.
