Best customer service of any big box hardware store! They also have what I need when I go there!

I AM REMODELING A HOME AND I LOVE TO SHOP AT HOME DEPOT ONLINE BUT I COULD NOT GET THE ITEMS I NEEDED QUICK ENOUGH BUT WENT IN THE STORE AND FOUND WHAT I NEEDED QUICKLY AND SO EASY.

We purchased a GE Dryer and received Excellent service and the product was priced good. The salesman/rep was a pleasure to deal with.

West Asheville Home Depot is the Best , Cleanest, Friendliest Store in Asheville! ,,,, It’s Worth the drive across town!

Sean went above and beyond in helping me with a lawnmower.

Online ordering is a nightmare and very vague. The associate placed all blame on me and at first didn't offer no resolution to the issue. Eventually Israel offered a solution and even then that took a while and he couldn't seem to get the info correct and called me (standing right in front of him) instead of the card holder. I had previously given him the name and phone number for the card holder. He was calm during the whole situation but I hate shopping here and have issues everytime I do. Only shop here as a last resort and have issues everytime.

This will be the Home Depot to go to for many home needs. We decided to use this store because the consultant in the kitchen department showed and interest in our project from the very start. She was very helpful. Going forward this will be our #1 place to give our business to.

Good customer service

Employees were quick to help and knowledgeable about the items we purchased.

Our visit to the garden center proved to be a nightmare. When we went to check out, our cashier was unable to redeem my $25. gift card that I had received for Mother's Day - (after several attempts). She did not even ask anyone for assistance. So we had to pay with another form of payment.

Came in to buy a spark plug. Sean who helped me treated me as if my purchase was one of the most important purchases of the day. There are not many people today that understand great customer service, Sean does.

I wish there was a Home Depot in Haywood County!

The team members at this store work together. Everyone seemed to be enjoying being around each other, and eager to help the customers. Enos was such a present and knowledgeable manager. The team seemed to really like working for him. I would recommend this store to anyone seeking a helpful and efficient shopping experience!

This Home Depot is clean and well organized, and well stocked. Supplies are oriented towards contractors and providing what they need. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Always nice people , product easy to find

Every time I go to this Home Depot, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’m not used to that. And it’s actually very refreshing. Dan in Appliances, was wonderful! I usually shop with another store, most of the time. Because of him, literally, I will continue to shop there.

I gave the store a 4 because overall, it is a good store and the employees are helpful. However, this trip was not so good. When you ask for specific measurements because you're doing a project, and you get totally nothing.... absolutely nothing you asked for. Advice... When you're having wood cut, be sure to stand there and watch, because it's not a given that it will be done right.
