This location really has their processes down well. They have put covid processes in place that are pretty efficient overall and seem to be working well on my latest visit. I also like this location for ordering online and picking up.

Store was very neat and there were plenty of employees to help with any questions we had.

Awesome customer service thx for your service but masking is not being enforced I understand not everyone will follow CDC guidelines but if we don’t enforce then the customer is at risk just saying we must respect other customers and the law.

Employees were not on the same page about return policy! I asked before I paid for my stuff and they said I’d be able to return them as long as I had the receipt and when I had to return some stuff they said I couldn’t! Very rude old lady at the return counter.

I went to get a bbq. There was no skus. The cashier didn’t even try too look in the cashiers book. My daughter went and got the model number. Went to serve desk with garden associates to get sku. While I was waiting the cashier didn’t ask if I could step aside while I wait so I just stood there with the few products waiting for my daughter (which my daughter is an Homedepot employee as well in riverside county area) and just kept pulling people to self checkout while my stuff was on the counter. Finally after my daughter had to do the footwork to get the sku and checked out. Went outside waiting for someone to come unlock the bbq. Daughter finally just went to the lot guys asked if they could unlock the bbq And to get the Propane so we can leave. Lot guys had no idea!! So my daughter went to customer service again asking for help. They called garden for help. They show up. Got the bbq and daughter asked were the propane was at and the garden girl went to get it. The took about an hr or so just to get a bbq from purchase to load. That’s not good! I’m very disappointed in that. My daughter being a Homedepot employee as well was embarrassed by all of it. It should always be a good experience and not an embarrassment. Should be proud of all fellow employees close and far!

I have shopped at this store for many years. The employees are professional and courteous. One of their employees actually went out of his way to call me back after he discovered the item I needed (ecologic bug spray) on the shelves. Great store.

I’m not big on leaving reviews but I have been to this store a few times (at least 3) in the last month and the staff there is absolutely amazing. They don’t act like you are bothering them when you ask a question and they are very knowledgeable of their store. I visited a well known competitor on the same street and was made to wait 45 minutes just for someone to show up and answer questions about a bbq grill. I will never go there again especially with such a great group of people working at Home Depot!

The cashier, Diane in lumber is rude, hostile, unprofessional. She needs to be retrained in customer service skills or fired.

let the buyer beware. make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store, especially if you buy anything on sale. what you see may not be what you get.

Some employees are so lazy when you ask for help, it is like pulling teeth.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Can chime in on how much people spend and how they pay for it but are nowhere to be found when its time to be helped or have questions answered

Thomas and Len are very valuable. Len knows more about gardening than anybody I've ever met. The manager on duty by the name of Thomas was extremely friendly and made certain that I left with my Toro lawn mower, thank you so much Len and Thomas. I will think about you every time I mow lawn.
