I ordered flooring from HomeDepot in Victorville CA to remodel my home ordering process went well buy when I went to pick up order thats was a different story I was missing some items and a pallet of tile was damaged due to employees not caring for customers items I spent over $4000 to get a tile that had to be special ordered with the same batch numbers so it would match and when i said to them this was not acceptable the lack of care they had for my product and the expression of not caring was disgraceful for a home improvement establishment that advertises they are there for their customers needs was like a slap in the face if it wasn't that I would have to wait another 2 weeks and the installers already demoed my flooring already I would of returned the pallet with 27 boxes that was damaged and reordered it but I'm on a timeline but here is the special order product I had to take to see what we can work with too bad I can only attach 1 picture and not even a discount offered for them damaging the it.

We stopped in to look at washer and dryers as our dryer need replacement. Cynthia in appliances was very helpful.

My son and I were not allowed to self checkout and had all of our items searched before leaving on Saturday while multiple OTHER customers were able to enjoy their shopping experience unbothered. I may have to bring suit against homedepot if I find other customers have similar complaints!!!

I had came into this location today looking for a specific item that said they had online. I went to ask these girls at the cash register if they can help me find what I was looking for. They looked it up the item on the computer, said they had them online, but “didn’t know” where they were located and recommended me to go to the other Home Depot in Victorville, so they didn’t help and were LAZY! So I had went up to another female employee named KIARA, to ask again what I was looking for. She said they had them in stock and was able to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Kiara! :) She’s a good employee!

It’s always a mess here. Inventory is always misplaced, out of stock or damaged. In addition to that. It’s also always messy.

We needed help on the tools section and a girl named Val came, she was attentive and fullfill our needs, answer our questions and our visit was super pleasant with he helping us.

This store is very easy to get through and easy to find everything

This will be short and sweet. Our cashier Marie in the garden section was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She acted like she loved her job and she put a smile on our face as we departed.

Its the only store to go to if you need actual feedback from staff.

Lost a star from me today. Would have been worse except for rose and the lady running self check out at the moment. I was just trying to get some filters. 3 request for a rep later, cashier rose had to step in when she saw what went down.

Customer Service from Sabeth Department 26 was amazing. We have returned to this store just to get information from Sabeth. She went out of her way both time to track down our specific needs. Kudos to Sabeth!

Last night my husband and I needed some help with the plumbing on our sink. Chuck was there and was super helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! Got everything we needed and our sink is fixed!!

After Waiting 45 minutes for them to load a pallet of wall block I purchased am employee decided to insult and curse at me in front of my 13 year old son because she couldn’t do her job properly

Solicitors inside and out. Inside the store you are stopped and solicited while shopping about various things such as people asking you about your air conditioner or your electric bill. Is it anyone's business what my electric bill is? Is it your business how I like my air conditioner? You go outside and see vagrants and dayworkers BEGGING and waving at you and yelling things you can't make out, just while trying to park in the parking lot. There is also a make-shift fruit stand out of someone's pick up bed, and people selling tamales out of their trunk. You have no idea what is in them or if they are even safe to eat. In between all the BS, there is one good employee in the lumber dept, and one good employee in the paint dept. Good luck.
