Your cashier Barbara ask me for second ID since i paid by credit. She did a fantastic job. I went thru ID theft a few years ago. It would have saved me a lot of headache if businesses would have ask for a second ID. Unfortunately at your self checkout there is no requirement or lack of asking for a second ID when paying by credit card. ID theft can be easily accomplished by using this system.

Mom and I love to shop the garden.

Employee Scott L. always gets me in and out of there fast with every thing I need for gardening, every season, for 3 years now. Knows the products by heart, my go-to-guy there.

We can always count on our neighborhood Home Depot to always have what we need to maintain and beautify our home. Employees are always courteous and friendly and able to answer questions.

Everything else is good, but you can't find someone to help you right away.

On this particular trip the store did not have an item we were looking for. It wasn't that it wasn't in stock it was that it wasn't sold anymore. However there was an employee who unfortunately I didn't catch his name that went the extra mile to help my look for what I needed and mentioned he did remember they had sold the item at one time. The store was clean and did have the other item I went in for and Dani and Pro desk checked us out quickly and was pleasant as always! Great store to shop at

We purchased a microwave at Home Depot and the sales consultant had the best attitude and gave us great customer service. After years of giving my all to my customers in my business, it was a delight to have someone take care of us with such gratitude and a smile. Good Job and way to go Home Depot. It makes a difference!!!

Because we frequent this store, we as a maintenance team from work have gotten to know the Home Depot team well, many by name. They take special care to make sure you have had a great experience and able to find what you need. The Pro-Team is especially great!

The Victorville home depot is the best home depot in the high desert.I shop there almost daily.Ive been to all the rest.And Victorville is the best.Keep up the good work.

The Victorville Home Depot location provided a great shopping experience! I was truly impressed with my last visit. I was greeted at the door by an associate who assisted me with what I needed whose help seemed to be very genuine. Additionally, the store was very clean and organized, and all of the associates I encountered were friendly.

THIS STORE IS CONVENIENT, PLENTY OF PARKING, AND WELL STOCKED.

Karen is super nice, She always goes beyond in order to help us and have us satisfied with the service.

Very clean compared to the other Home Depot stores in the high desert the line seems long but goes very fast with the way they do self check out cashier named Alondra was friendly and made sure I did not forget my bag

Went in to get a specific screw to mount my tv I asked for help no one came to hardware for a half hour finally a guy showed up supposedly the manager. he gave me 6 screws told me they were self tapping and what I needed. I just got the news they weren't the ones I needed so now I get to go back to your useless store to not get more service OH JOY!

Store was clean and products easy to find. The associates at the self checkout were helpful. Karen is super friendly she always welcomes us with a smile and helps with our items and tools.

I bought two appliances at Home Depot a Samsung stove and in a Samsung refrigerator and the refrigerator did not work , I was really sad because the refrigerator didn’t work and when I call Home Depot the girls on the phone treating me really bad including the manager they told me they couldn’t do anything about it to call another number and I had to go through a lot people on the phone just for someone to help me return or replace the refrigerator, had to wake up at 6:00 am in the morning just to call Samsung exchange and talk to different people to get it returned it was a waste a lot of time really sad bad experience I will never buy any appliances again from Home Depot, I don’t recommend buying any kitchen appliances at Home Depot.
