Customer service DOES NOT exist anywhere anymore, Except for THIS HOME DEPOT!!! I'm not sure where you found your employees, or if they are well paid actors, because they are awesome! I enjoy going to this store even if I don't need to buy anything. I swear all the works are ROBOTS, or they are under some kind of spell! Your guys training program must be Phenomenal. I HAVE SHOPPED FOR MAJOR ITEMS, KITCHEN CABINETS, CARPET AND OTHER ITEMS I NEED AROUND THE HOME. THIS STORE IS LIKE ALL STORES, MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT HOME DEPOT MAKES IS UP WITH REFUNDS. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOU CANNOT FIND SOMETHING, AND IF ONE ASSOCIATE CAN'T FIND IT THEY WILL GET ANOTHER ASSOCIATE TO HELP FIND WHAT YOU ARE SEEKING

Home Depot staff (including contractors) were very accommodating and courteous. They took time to listen to my inquiries and gave me sound advice on my project. Everyone knew exactly where things were and comparisons. Meeting veterans who work at the Home Depot and getting thanked for being active duty military made a remarkable difference. I always get a pleasant experience at Home Depot stores which I call "my happy place." Thanks for going above and beyond!

Home Depot is one of our favorite stores to shop in the Vacaville area. They always have a good selection of merchandise from gardening to home improvement and a well trained, friendly, knowledgeable staff. If a team member does not know the answer, then he or she will find someone who does. We have never been disappointed with our dealings with Home Depot, Vacaville, CA.

We always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location, from gardening to home improvement. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional and more than willing to help us with our home improvement needs. We recently had two bathrooms completely remodeled through them and are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Clean and well organized! Employees all very helpful and Genuinely nice! Got assistance as soon as I walked in, got everything I needed, checked-out and was headed home in under 20 mins. I will be back for sure.

Everytime I go here, it's hard to find assistance in any department I am in. They are friendly when you find someone, but dang, 20-30 minutes to get help is completely unacceptable.

Dawn was amazing, a great customer service representative that the company should be proud to have on their team. She went above and beyond, very friendly and outgoing. The store was clean and everyone made sure to help out and check in with me along the way!

Great store and very friendly employees

A month or two ago, I had to replace my new tire because I run over a screw that destroyed the tire beyond repair. I asked the sore manager if their store insurance covered such incident, and he said no, but offered that I can submit a claim for consideration. I did not; would The Home Depot as a company would have reimbursed the repair of my tire?
