Need great help see Adrian at customer service. He is always high energy, ready to help & listen to your ideals. All managers are friendly and are willing to get you to the right depart and insure you have the right customer associate involved with you to get the help and answer to question you may need.

Would never shop here again. Was talked about behind my back is Spanish, a language they think i don't understand. Manager did nothing about it but tell me My Wife, who overheard the conversation (fluent in Spanish) misheard. The employee that said this also told another employee (in Spanish) not to assist me and that I would just leave.

This location has a great variety of healthy succulents!

gayla nicole adrian and trevor at the special service desk are wonderful people. they greeted me with smiles and asked me about my day and my easter plans. trevor kindly offered to help me out to my car and adrian and nicole made my online pick up so easy and fast.

The store performance was acceptable on this visit, but the delivery company should be changed or monitored more closely.

I made the mistake of trying to have carpet installed (only one room, very simple). Home Depot has a long, convoluted process for this that was not explained to me. I was asked, however, to leave a $50 deposit. Next you wait days for a measurement, that person only measures, they know NOTHING about carpet or the install process. My measuring person cancelled the night before, causing further delay. Then you get a call, days later, from a sales person. They know NOTHING about carpet or the install, they just want your money. They tell you that the installers will call you in 3-6 business days to schedule, and it will be faster if you pay over the phone. I called it quits at this point and was told they could not refund my $50 unless I came into the store with the card. So I drove 30 minutes each way to get my money back. I tried to talk with the store manager but he/she would not answer their phone. worst managed store I've ever encountered.

One of the nicest HD'S I have visited. Well stocked, wide isles, Very Neat, Very helpful staff.

With the help from a very nice employee, I was able to find what I needed with 5 minutes.

Many of the stores I visit offer service like - "you can find that on aisle 23". If it's a large item that is easily identified on aisle 23 that type of help gets the job done. But it falls short of the service where the employee escorts you to the department you need to visit and shows you where you can put your hands on the item you're looking for. That's the kind of service I've experienced with the majority of employees in this store. Admittedly, some fall short of that level of service, but it's rare. From the time I enter the store I am made to feel welcome. The greeter answers my questions to make certain I don't have to stumble about trying to find the product I need. The specialists in every department are always extremely helpful all the way through checkout. Whether it's electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment and appliances or the garden department I always enjoy my shopping experience at #1043 Vacaville.

If you need help understanding how products work and which you need for a project talk with Randy or Matt. They were extremely knowledgeable in helping us know which products to purchase, which ones worked better and how and were not trying to upsell anything. This experience was our first attempt at refinishing and re-grouting our kitchen cabinets and counters. We had no clue and it was nice to talk with someone that knew their products and how to use them.

Store is always clean and neatly organized, very helpful and knoledge personnel, easy and fast shopping

Cashier Adrian was awesome. He went the extra mile to help a resolve a matter I had with a previous purchase. Store was clean and well stocked and another employee in plumbing was also helpful.

Vacaville customer service is outstanding!!

The core employees in this "big box store" are definitely trying to make their store like a small town hardware store. They are very friendly, & helpful; and try their best to find that happy medium between being helpful and annoying. The store is clean, and stocks the objects and materials that most of us need. The order desks have always done very well for us during our total kitchen tear outs and replace with all new, etc. We are very pleased.

The layout made it easy to find the products I was looking for associates are knowledgeable and helpful

Everything you need at a lower price, You may have to find it your self , But over all they beat the other big box supply house. Love the text approval for the guys at Pro s Desk.

I received help from an employee named King. He went well beyond standard customer service. King showed me how to complete a job what products were necessary and took me to the products. He opened a new account for us and even walked us to the customer service counter. Great service.

Home Depot has the best customer service. I needed to have some wood cut and John helped me and did a perfect job as well as helping me get the wood down from a shelf that was too high for me. He also helped me find the accordion folding door I needed. Then Mario helped me load it in my van.

I had a garden issue to resolve and the store personnel took the time to walk me through all of the options I had and the products they carried. Even though the first one I tried didn't work out, I knew about the other products they had so I was able to decide on another product which worked out very well. I have shopped here before and the staff are remarkably friendly, accessible and knowledgeable about their stock.

Went to the Vacaville Home Depot for some lumber, was helped by Josiah Williams in the lumber department. He was outgoing and knowledgeable about the product. His spunk was contagious and I left the store in a better mood than when I came in!

Clean store, well-organized, extremely friendly associates, excellent price integrity and great in-stock. Quantities on website mirror quantities on shelf. Best Home Depot I've shopped.

My overall impression of this store is positive. I have had a few bad experiences, but nothing that has stopped me from returning. There have been times where I have been unable to locate product/it is out of stock, but my biggest gripe is trying to find assistance at times. This store can get very busy (which can likely be attributed to how well it is run). I think this store is a great stop for the DIYer as well as the professional, with competitive prices and great customer service.

If you are looking for a washer or dryer go see Annie. She was very friendly.
