Some items can not be find with in the shelves nor the map

The store was clean and the item was easy to find; it took a couple of minutes to locate a employee for assistance (open the cage) to get purchase item.

The store is always busy and it is madness to try and park there at any given time, BUT, if you have an issue and need service at the front desk, go see Kylie. She was a breath of fresh air and her customer service skills are far superior to people twice her age. Great job Kylie!

Jakob was amazing to work with when buying refrigerators. David the manager was quick and kind as well. It was an amazing experience.

I love going to this Home Depot! Every section is neat and has easy access and someone available to assist me there or right around the corner. Clerks never grumble when I ask for help. They take me to the aisle and show me where my wanted item is. I have been renovating my new house for a year and this Lynnhaven Home Depot never fails me. Thank you!

The Home and Garden staff was cheery and ready for an onslaught of customers this bright day. I was greeted at the gate, offered assistance when I couldn't find an item, and thanked for my military service during checkout. "Joy", the cashier, was simply phenomenal as she greeted each customer and offered advice for purchases. This experience was significantly different (greatly positive) than I'm used to within the store where you may never find an orange apron brigade that actually knows something about your products.

I shop at this Home Depot as much as possible. This is an outstanding store with employees who go above and beyond to perform their Jobs. Always a pleasure to shop this Home Depot.

Location of store is perfect, assistance and knowledge the employees have.

Associates are not willing to interact with customers. They often walked right pass you and not even attempt to ask any question about what they can do to help

Shout out to store clerk Ron who went above and beyond to help myself and 3 other customers find excatly what we needed at the same time. He was so pleasant and so professional. Thank you Ron. Jesus Christ is Lord!

This store has been a pilliar of the community for years and have always reached out and I like thr discount for the Military

Some personnel are not knowledgeable to do their jobs and very rude

The customer service associate was not too friendly at all. She was a little condescending when I asked where an item was and talked over me when I was trying to say something to just repeat the isle and location of the item like I was bothering her. Not very nice at all. Luckily I had a few other great interactions with other store associates

I HAVE NEVER HAD AD BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE.. THE PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL.

The interesting thing about this visit was I was looking for something that the store don't carry, (a bike rack) and received a store recommendation I never thought of out of all places...an auto care store. Yes, an employee was kind enough to share this with me. To me that's still great customer service because otherwise I wouldn't have never known to check there. The store was pretty clean and well stock. I did buy a hammer though and my cashier was happy to help, neat, and had a great smile! It was my first time in that store and I will return if I'm in the area!

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR RESTOCKING DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS

Covid protocols not in place and I had to ask 3 times for help finding a product in plumbing.

Generally very clean and staff is helpful. Most items I need for working on projects a the house are available here allowing for one stop shopping.

Workers in specific areas such as plumbing are always helpful and knowledgable.

The service was great at the store when we purchased our dishwasher. The problem was when they delivered it the electrical connections were not tight enough. We had to wait almost a week after the first installation for someone to come out and realize that the device was not broken it just was not hooked up correctly the first time. The gentlemen in both cases were very polite. Though the second pair were far more helpful. If there was a way that the company could have come out to check the connection sooner that would have saved us time and frustration. It would have also meant that they would not have had to lug another machine assuming the first one was broken.
