did not know how to get mil discount on my phone..they stopped what they were doing to show me and printed out a paper that tells me exactly how to do it//...wish it was easier some just want your drivers lic to prove you get the mil discount

I was having a hard time finding a certain item and one of the associates went across the store (with a smile on his face) and checked the computer system for the item, found it and brought it back to me with the isle number in case I needed to find it again. Awesome store...no wandering around ever, looking for help!! High recommendation to everyone!!

Upon arrival I was greeted and was helped immediately when I was searching for the correct aisle by a friendly employee by the name of Felicia. She was very helpful and courteous. Need more employees like her!!! Awesome service!!!

Stopped by to grab some lighting and accessories but couldn't find the item that they said was in stock. The ASM David came to assist and literally wallked all over the store to find what I needed to keep my project going. Was very helpful and made sure I found what I needed

They will lie about delivery times to get you to purchase appliances. Then they will cancel the delivery and not provide alternative time choices. They require that the delivery be made before discussing appropriate compensation for their lack of courtesy, which of course is after any returns can be made. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Multiple times over the years I have found myself either needing help, maybe just to answer a simple question, or when I do find an employee they are either on their way to lunch or can't answer my question or are in general, unhelpful. I see employees kind of just walking around lost like drones with no purpose.

Missing products from a delivery, full runaround from this location.

I buy all my gardening supplies and plants here every year! The vegetable plants are always healthy and there are a variety of choices ie: green or red peppers and several types of tomato plants. I'm so glad they are just a couple red lights away!!

I went to garden and had an amazing experience everything was lovely and it was a breathable environment. This place was amazing, the associates were so friendly, and kind and when I went to check out with James, he did so in a friendly manner.

They proactively asked me if I needed assistance which I think projected they really are sensitive to their customers needs

I made a purchase today of just over $300 and another purchased a night of over $115. Nobody’s willing to help nobody’s now when you see a customer soon as they enter your apartment don’t sit here and play on your phone or whatever you’re doing ask the customer can I find something for you help you find something measure something for you sell yourself I’ll sit at the courtesy Dess customer service desk and play on a phone in a second time went by there was nobody behind the customer service desk at all. Don’t know what they were doing outside smoking cigarettes who knows maybe drinking a beer out back you know anybody watching them and getting on about it they won’t grow up And I wish you didn’t take pictures or videos but you should have security cameras there look for yourself I was in there tonight for 18 2023 at 8:53 PM. Check it out at 2020 Lynnhaven Parkway, Virginia Beach and see what they’re doing don’t take my word for it .

This is the cleanest, most stocked, and great employees garden area I have seen in a really long time. Everyone was so helpful and very polite. Gus is who helped me and he really knows his mulch!!

When I entered home depo today I was greeted at the door with a smile and an employee that was willing to help me find what I needed! It was an awsome experience, I was in and out quickly and the cashier was was just as nice as could be! Definitely will be returning to the lynnheaven PKWY location again!!! :)

The employees in the store are not interacting with the customers customers looking for something and keep on looking and the sales guy on the floor. It’s just straightening up things on the floor noticing that you’re looking for something you don’t know where it is you look it over door 5020 minutes hello interaction, they should say sir is there anything I could find for you . That would be the best thing to do.

The fence boards were mixed with 2 different types. I had to look at the sku stickers of all 26 boards. I missed one and was charged to my HD credit card. That is when I noticed the cashier scanned that and times it by 26. I told her that was double the price than I should have paid. She paged a lumber person and he took that one board back and digged for a correct one.

Workers should be trained in how to cut Roller shades on the machine at the Lynnhaven store. Had to return it. #1, I bought it at General booth store. #2, brought it to another store to have it cut because the machine wasn't working. #3, had to return it because of the incompetence of the associate who cut the shade in two different places... Waste of time for me and very aggravating .

Everytime I need materials or anything else for home improvements I go out of my way to go to this Home Depot. The store is super organized, cleaner then any others, and the staff provide customer service above and beyond.

I've been impressed by the service and materials this store have provided me for success in my home projects: Kitchen renovation, bath renovation, replacing my carpets with laminate flooring, etc. My home improvements can't move forward without Home Depot.

I purchased an air purifier from this location as well as other products in the past and am so happy I did.!!

I recently bought a monstera and a gorgeous clay pot to replant the monstera plant in. The plants at this Home Depot are always healthy-looking, the selection of indoor houseplants and outdoor plants, pots, and soils are always awesome, and the customer service associates at this Home Depot are super helpful.

i'm mechanically challenged, Jim in plumbing helped me in many ways. he explained things to me that helped me to understand what i was tackling.

This Home Depot has Devon and Rhonda. They are both friendly and go out of their way to make you feel cared about. Devon even recognized me from a transaction two months earlier and asked how I have been. She was not my cashier but reached out anyways. Rhonda greeted me and did not skip asking me what purchase order I wanted on my transaction, as I am a business. This Home Depot is lucky to have these two Rock Stars.

This is my go-to store. The staff has been helpful to me a number of times. The selection is generally really good.
