This store has no idea what customer service is. Nobody asked you if you need help and if you do need help, you can't find anyone and if you do find someone, they can't help because what you need isn't in their department.

I bought lights, glue, and paint; plus, Brandon the cashier was there, you can always count on him.

This store is one of the few that remains open until 10:00 p.m. and that’s extremely helpful. I’m a Marine Corps veteran and I appreciate the 10% military discount. The store was very clean …especially the ladies room. The employees were both helpful and courteous.

Walked in the HomeDepot in a hurry and an associate walked up and asked, “What do you need?” I told him I needed crimping tool. So he gave me three options. Isle 2 and 3 have electrical crimps and isle 15 has the cable crimps. I told him I need what’s on isle 15. He walked with me and took me directly to them. Gave my thanks to him and proceeded to check out. HomeDepot associates know how to do their jobs and how to treat customers! Thanks HomeDepot!

Every time I shop at this store, they always have what I am looking for. Some staff are helpful and some are quiet and un-engaging as it relates to intereact with customers. Overall, all of the staff that I have dealt with where respectful, helpful and professional.

Recently I made a trip to home depot to look at buying a new freezer. After walking around I was unable to find anyone in the appliance department. There was however a nice lady in the kitchen design area that went out of her way and even stayed late to make sure I got taken care of. She helped me search the internet and narrowed down my choices and eventually I was able to make a selection on a new freezer. She did all this while she was supposed to have clocked out. Just want to say thank you Jean. Would be 5 stars but there was no sales associate in the appliance department to begin with.

Have a lot of DIY projects and it feels like I'm here so often people know me by name. Meaning, the staff is super friendly and takes the time to help in whichever way they can.

did not know how to get mil discount on my phone..they stopped what they were doing to show me and printed out a paper that tells me exactly how to do it//...wish it was easier some just want your drivers lic to prove you get the mil discount
