My experience at this location was great. At first, I was having troubles finding what I needed, but then a young gentleman by the name of Adam helped me find the right utility knife. He was very personable and friendly. The cashier at checkout one was friendly as well.

Randall in the lawn mower area was so very helpful. The store looked great and the safety measurers seemed to be in place. I am so happy you had the mower I wanted.

Great place to plan and buy your building material needs people are friendly courteous and knowledgeable about what’s in the store where it’s located love to shop at Home Depot better grade of materials at a better price everyone’s happy when you leave there

Both Justin and Wayne were extremely helpful in my purchase of a gas range. I messed up the first order and when I called Wayne to include what I didn't know I would need - he walked me through what I would need to do. Justin also helped me when I placed the second order.

The Urbandale Home Depot was excellent with service from all employees. One in particular was Wayne who worked with me so I knew what I liked and to buy my new gas range. Thanks for being a great store to shop at.

The Home Depot # 2115 in Urbandale Iowa is Awesome. Has some of the best customer service in all of retail. You can count on Bob in lumber, Tina at Pro Desk, Lisa Pro Cashier, Will anywhere in the store, Dawn at the Customer Service Desk and Monica one of the Managers. These are a few of the standouts at the store, but by no means the only great associates. This is my Favorite store and I am sorry to say I am moving out of state and can only hope that the associates at my new Home Depot are half as good at their jobs as the associates at store 2115. Not one employee was wearing a mask and social distancing was not happening with me or between employees. I was approached a couple of times by friendly associates, but not practicing social distancing. I felt very uncomfortable shopping there.

The store looks great, very friendly sales staff and if you want an appliance you should shop there!

Overall a great store with excellent customer service. Do not understand how some associates have been there for a decade or more and still provide poor customer service.

The floor associates at this store are great. The customer service employees are NOT. I had recently made a purchase on 5/16 at 11:43 AM. One of your associates came buy to give my kids the models that you usually do for kids day. She said they could do them at home since you can't do them due to the new rules which I thought was very nice. Being slightly distracted I inadvertently left part of my purchase, a 3' section of 1 1/4 flat bar. When I called into CS the lady that answered asked me what register, I said I had no idea of what register and that how would I know? She then said she didn't know anything about it. That was it. No let me check, let me ask, hold on a second, nothing. Total silence like she wanted me to just say OK and then go away. When I asked if she could please look she said hold on and then came back and said she had nothing but a piece of re-bar and not flat bar and that I would have to come back, wait in line and look for myself. When I came back, waited in line I walk to the register and talked to the cashier and she said, yes it's at customer service. Another floor associate that I have spoken with before, maybe Lisa, helped me get my product and told me to make sure I review my experience. So here it is. Great service from the check out and floor associate and HORRIBLE service from those that are actual customer service representatives. Thanks.

Clean store and friendly helpful staff

Trina and Tom went ABOVE and BEYOND their call to service. They helped us to locate the shed that was in the wrong place per the system. Their upbeat and determined attitudes was a nice change given the current pandemic. We were able to find everything else we needed as well. Great location!

This store is doing an amazing job keeping their employees and customers safe during this pandemic. It is clean, well stocked, organized and always offers great customer service. We were able to find what we needed very quickly and able to checkout without a wait.

Excellent Customer Service!

I have been to this store many times since it first opened...i have aleays had a positive experience. Employees are friendly, knowledgable in there specific areas, know where to find most anything...if they don't know something they are up front about it and will find someone that can help. From employees on floor, customer service, loaders and delivery...everyone seems eager to help...i have worked in public for 35 years, i completely understand how important thesebqualities are and appreciate it.

We were looking for Peel and Stick carpet tiles and Home Depot looked as though they had the largest selection of any store around. Great help at the carpet section of the store! Very happy we traveled a little farther to Home depot for this purchase.

The store is clean. The folks are all friendly and knowledgeable. This is where we shop for all things home improvement.

The employees are very willing to help. Having done a major remodel to our home, and buying a complete kitchen of cabinets, the professionalism of the design folks was extremely appreciated. We’ve also gotten carpet, with installation, and the people in the flooring department, and the people doing the installation, were professional as well.

I've used the Urbandale THD since being located in Urbandale. As a matter of fact I only use THD when I have hardware, tool or misc equipment needs around the home. Lowes is closer and so is ACE but my choice is and always will be THD
