Aileen really went out of her way to help us as I needed to use multiple means to pay for my purchase and thus had to order in the store

I really enjoy this store #2115 , cause employees are so knowledgeable and helpful with everything I'm looking for. The store is so much better, cleaner and stocked then the other stores located in the Des Moines Iowa area

I went in to get a Christmas tree at 7:52 pm, not realizing the store closed at 8:00. Every store associate was helpful and kind, did not act the least bit bothered that it was so close to closing. Great experience, and they were helpful start to finish!

As a business owner, exceptional service stands out. I received fantastic service from an associate named Justin. I would recommend Justin and the Urbandale Home Depot. He help me get the products that I needed off the shelf and from behind the counter cage.

I had a horrible experience that took months to schedule and resolve. The door install was supposed to be $198 and when paying for it was $398 plus door. No calls back to schedule install and after many visits to this store found out orders kept backing up and nobody worked on them. Install took 35 minutes. Very disappointing. Should have done it myself.

All the staff was super friendly and seemed to have the store memorized which helped us quickly find our items. Sherry the cashier was especially friendly and made our morning!

The associates at Home Depot are very knowledgeable as to where different items are at within the store. I can ask anyone what I'm looking for and they know exactly what isle it is in.

Thomas was very knowledgeable about the products that were needed for my deck project. I used a high-end Trex decking and the Westbury railing.

Stock was Great , mgrs. All were Wonderful to work with

Lynn in Plumbing had superior knowledge and was so helpful. She literally tried many fittings to try to find the correct one for the faucet hose.

Needed to buy wood for fence and Chris showed me options that would better fit my needs. Great product knowledge and customer service

I needed paneling. I was at the West Des Moines store which only had 15 panels. I needed 28. Home Depot’s helpful website said the Urbandale store has 53. Perfect - why not get it all at one place? So I drive the 20 minutes to the store to find none in the location where it says it is. Shortened story- after asking FIVE different associates for help- I ended up giving up after the 5th one mumbled something about maybe they don’t have it and maybe at some point they’ll get more in stock. Strike 6 was when I decided to look for carpet tiles that were also shown as in stock - and in “aisle 53”. The aisles in the store only went to 52. The associate I found in aisle 52 had “no idea” where 53 was. That was the last straw.

HomeDepoty offers goods service and I can always find the items I need, great customer service with a smile.

We had a wonderful shopping experience at the Urbandale store.

Came on a busy day, Mothers Day, for different pots/plants and the workers did not seem overwhelmed and one gentleman was specifically able to educate and locate what I needed. Good service.

The plants I bought are gorgeous and the prices were awesome! Patricia, the cashier was so nice!

Little quick fix it ideas like how to put in toilet bowl flapper, how to change the aerator in a faucet, how to tight or replace an electrical outlet Easy quick home fix it’s that you could learn in a department like plumbing Have the associate give a mini demonstration in the aisle

So pleased to find, on a very busy Saturday, many customer service associates available and happy to assist customers!

We bought all of our vinyl plank flooring here and all of it was loaded for us by friendly employees!

I bought a LG double oven range. The item was available for a quick delivery even though it was on a sale promotion. It had a 7.3 cubic foot double oven. 30 inch stand along range.

Brian greeted me within minutes of my arrival in the window coverings area. He was very helpful in picking out what I needed. He also was able to make contact to get measurements done quickly. Thanks to Jeff also for getting out so fast to measure.
