Always clean, with items in stock and extremely friendly and helpful associates. It's become my go-to home improvement store since I moved into the area.

Helpful staff. Well stocked.

Pretty standard and easily accessible Home Depot location. The layout of this store seems a bit different from other locations I've visited, so as a result, I've sometimes struggled to quickly find what I need. Also had some issues finding screws/bolts/fasteners, as they always seem to have very limited stock. That said, the employees here are fantastic. Every time I visit I'm met with a friendly face who goes out of their way to help out.

I would like to say that I have never received as much help in choosing a paint color for my kitchen as I did today in this Home Depot. Brandon went above and beyond to help me choose a color, he even looked at my color scheme and gave me advice. He was great! The check out guy was super nice also. All associates were nice. I Loved shopping here for my paint! I was made to feel they really cared to help me get the product I needed! The store was neat and clean also.

This location is amazing. They make sure you leave happy and do everything they can to help you get what you need.

I didn't find what I was shopping for but a particular employee name Darlene at this location was very friendly and helpful guiding me to find the product I need or find a knowledgeable employee to help her and me. Look for Darlene a very friendly associate.

Excellent customer service! Salesperson Nihad was knowledgeable, looked up part I was needing and offered economical solution, offered to let me shop and came back to see if he could help, then educated me on electrical requirements and types of lightbulbs, helping me to choose light fixture and bulbs that I love.

Store was clean,found what I wanted very quickly,cashier Liz was helpful and friendly.

The employees here are always helpful.

If you need help with your electrical items such as various switches, plug-ins or dimmers talk with Auggie. He is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have shopped this location a lot since it opened, but will never again. Was ignored by several sales associates as well as a manager/floor lead. People walked right by, made eye contact, and kept walking. I stood around mobile work benches for around 30 minutes just waiting to see if someone would eventually help me. Needless to say no one did, so I put everything back I was going to purchase and left. The one associate that helped me initially after I sought out help(helped used very loosely) had his mask pulled clear down below his nose so his mask was useless. This wasn't during any of the crazy black Friday shopping time either. It was pretty calm and numerous associates were available to help.

First and foremost, outstanding support and service. Authentic care and concern for customers needs and wants. This is; above and beyond, the best Home Depot in the whole Des Moines area. Got a project? Contact Tina at the Pro Desk. She is a delight to work with!

I went looking for a particular stove that I found online. It wasn't in stock but Wayne, the sales associate, took the time to help me order it. He was patient and made certain I was happy with the purchase and understood the delivery process. Wayne helped streamline this process and made it painless.

Liza, the cashier, was extremely helpful today. We were also in a few days ago purchasing materials for a DIY project in our home. She was very helpful that day also. Today I must have looked confused, she came right up and helped me at the self checkout. Wonderful service!

MUCH better than the West Des Moines store. Here people are polite, helpful and friendly... there, people are rude and generally act like they’re doing you a favor by working there. This is the store to go to!

Clean and organized very friendly associates

Montana was quick to notice I had a return as I entered the store. She waved me over to where she needed me to present my receipt and items for return. Her attitude was pleasant and helpful to get my transaction taken care of quickly.

Home Depot in Urbandale, Iowa, has friendly, professional and knowledgeable employees'. The store is clean and stocked well. I highly recommend this store!!!

The stated "price match guarantee" does have some confusion. The policy is still posted on the store checkout counters. Policy says HD will match price and provide and additional 10% discount. Is this policy outdated? They did not provide this discount, they only matched the competitors price.

Poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes after notifying an employee that I needed assistance at the cutting station. No apologies or show of concern that I waited so long.

I had a great experience shopping for a project today. Dave at the Pro Desk is amazing. The store was clean and I felt comfortable in the time I spent at the store.

Have noticed that Home Depot (not just this particular one) check out associates will step in to the flow of traffic at the end of there assigned register to make themselves visible for shoppers like me that need assistance in locating items. Makes it convenient, rather than tracking down someone or even wandering around three acres of store looking for an obscure item.
