The store is very small in a very tight area in the shopping center. But all the employees and staff work hard to make the experience fast easy and painless product is always there and service is great. The cashiers are always friendly and knowledgeable of product upon checking it out and getting you through the line have always seen a cashier named Virginia she always has a smile and even on the busiest days is calm and relaxed thank you for your store

This store excels all of the nearby and afar HOME DEPOTS. GREAT customer service from the moment you enter to the cashier and the parking lot loaders... every one greats customers with respect. my favorite one is the cashier asking customers if they find everything they needed.

Hello Upland recently I moved into Ontario.... everyone of your workers employees staff are very friendly... and helpful... always trying to assist... and going out of the way to assist customers... I have done purchases from at least 15 diferent HOME DEPOT STORES... and you guys exceed all customers expectations... keep up the good work

Went in a second time, an hour later for another great experience with Christopher from the flooring department... we especially looked for him because he was extremely helpful with our vinyl choices during our first visit. Appreciate the customer service!

Walked in just to "look" at refrigerators and well with the friendly staff I was able to find the right refrigerator at the right price and was suggested to try and apply for the home Depot credit card which I qualified for so couldn't pass up the opportunity to take the refrigerator at such a great price I was in and out no lie less that 30 minutes

I am a Project Manager for a pool remodeling company and I have projects all over Southern California. This store is by far my favorite as the store associates are very helpful and actually approach me and ask if I need assistance. Returns when needed, are done quickly and easily. Definitely recommend Home Depot, but this store in particular.

My husband is in the pool remodeling industry. This is our primary store. We find the customer service and associate knowledge is the best. Anette, the Upland store associate is consistently helpful and exceptionally customer service driven. I have 15+ years in customer service and am VERY picky in this area, she is an asset to your store and your company.

Anyone that is in need of a dose of cheerfulness. Go to the garden department and look for Annette (cashier). She made the experience very pleasant and as she has you laughing during your check out, you will notice and find that you are walking back to your car with a smile on your face and a pep in your step. This isn't a fluke of the day. It's a common occurrence when she is there. That last time I had seen her was last year and when I had seen her today, I knew from my last experience with her, my day was going to be just as wonderful as the first time I met her. All the employees in the garden department are extremely welcoming, helpful and pleasant BUT Annette takes the cake. Thank you, Annette. You touch so many people with your, sense of humor and place, much needed smiles on so many faces. You are such a blessing to many, more than you could ever imagine. Keep pushing out the sunshine.
