This location is full of amazing people from Entrance to Exit. Very organized and well stocked. I cannot say enough great things about this Home Depot!!!!

Great Store!!! Of all the Home Depots, I got lucky I live close to this one. Usually ALL the employees are cheerful and helpful. Favorite HD store of all the HD's I've been to.

The upland store is the best. I have no problem at this store. The employee are great. They are ready to help you with your purchasing. I feel very comfortable with the Upland store it's almost like being at home. And I know where everything's at thanks Upland store.

These employees are always friendly and helpful. Have not had a bad experience in my 7 years of coming to this store.

Found immediately the stove I wanted. Tony Z was courteous and knowledgeable about the product and had us out of the store very quickly. Had never thought to purchase an appliance from Home Depot. It was a great experience!

Thank you Cinthya for taking the time to help me find what I was looking for. The rest of the employees don't have time to help, it's not my department, or let me call someone that can help you. But if you got time to wonder around till you find the things on your own. Great store . And don't think about price mach they always have a excuse not to give it. It's on line it's not a real competitor, blablabla.

Friendly cashiers and fast check service.

I would never recommend your store and give no stars if I could. The associate Wendy at the self check out at the Upland, CA store was extremely rude and targeted my family by not wanting to understand there were two transactions being conducted. She humiliated us by treating us like thieves and despite being told it was two transactions she was too prideful to back off, and gave snarky comments. I wonder how she would feel if she was treated the same? You've lost our entire family as customers.

Home Depot Upland was buzzing with acitivity and life as I shopped on 9/7/2020. I would have tarried longer in the store, had I not had to go back to my work. Carts were clean, wipes were provided as well along with hand sanitizers. The store was fully stocked and there were so many employees, doing their jobs and also helpig customers. It was a good feeling shopping there that sunday. It was very obvious that people and employees doing their best helping and social distancing. It was indeed a good feeling, felt "noraml" under the cirumstances!

This place is a mess. Poor customer service, messy and did I mention Poot customer service. Deja was TERRIBLY RUDE!

Associates were outstanding, providing exceptional customer service. Karen the cashier asked if I found everything I needed, and when I told her I couldn't find plumber's tape, it was right there at the checkout display! I was so glad she asked. Karen also asked if I would like some extra bags to protect my car seat, and YES, I did and was once again, grateful she asked. The icing on the cake was when I was in the parking lot, and a Home Depot employee was walking by asked if he could help me load my car! Talk about a workforce that is totally customer service oriented. Home Depot in Upland is the place to shop.

The Associates are very friendly and helpful. The Cashier, Virginia went above the call of duty. She was great.

I shopped at four other stores today and none of them had what I was looking for: a smaller refrigerator -- not for an office but for my kitchen. I live in an old place and the space for a refrig is rather small. I went to Home Depot and it BY FAR had the best customer service. I could tell that Jim takes pride in finding the exact right product for his customer. And he found exactly what I was looking for. PLUS -- he got me the best price by checking the HD online store. THANK YOU, JIM!

Employees lie about inventory and make you come back to store and then lie again and make me find my own items in store. Too much thinking for average employees....

The associates at the paint department were very helpful and knowledgeable also Vanessa the cashier was very tentative and cheerful. Offered me a discount with a Home Depot application and I filled it out and I got approved. Wouldn’t have thought about it if she didn’t ask. Good job!

I placed an order for curbside pickup. The curbside associate, Tiffany, was sitting at the table not wearing a mask- no problem for me, just stay 6 feet away. She directed me to park so I did and waited for my order. Suddenly she shows up at my vehicle and starts talking to me super close without a mask or 6 foot distance. I was startled and said, “You don’t have a mask on.” And she said she didn’t have to because it’s not required in our county. I said fine, but I needed space because she was definitely within 6 ft of me and I had my 2 1/2 year old daughter in the car. She was rude about it, and so was the manager when I called to tell them about the incident. They said they can’t make associates wear masks. I called corporate and they said it’s a nationwide statewide policy that associates wear masks, maintain 6 ft distance, and provide hand sanitizer to customers who request it during their shopping experience. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back to this location knowing they are not complying with public health guidelines or corporate policy.

Clean, easy access, knowledgeable employees, convenient location!! Practiced social distancing and face masks!!!!!

With everything going on right now I appreciate the friendly & helpful service I received from Christopher in the paint department. He found the items I was looking for, he made our day ... Thank you! Our cashier Maricris was also very nice!

Customer service was very polite and extra helpful in the appliance department. I was in there on a weekday to view the Refrigerators and ending up buying one. The information that was given to me was full and in detail of what the Fridge specs and requirements. Definitely going to purchase the rest of my appliances here late on this year.

Please keep up the amazing work this location has. I will recommend this location to a lot of people. When someone does there job well and makes me happy it makes me keep returning back. I thank the employees at home depot for there amazing service. All smiles here.
