I ordered 15 in. H Brown Decorative Rounded Wood Planters (Set of 2) I was sent an email with all the p/u info. I p/u on the day that was given. when I walked into the store I presented my info and ID and was given my purchased items ,Donna was very helpful I was very satisfied with the whole experience, that's my Home Depot to shop at. and I am very satisfied with my Planters the colors and sizes or perfect . thx Donna & Home Depot.

Paint department has a winner! I just want to share my experience with the young lady working in the paint department on my last visit. I didn't see her name but I remember her outfit. Orange camo pants and an orange/burgundy/yellow head covering. She had lots of patience in spite of being overworked. She was taking care of multiple guests as well as helping me find very spacific colors that I needed for my project. The cherry on top was that when I was leaving the store she was leaving as well for a break or ending her shift. She drove by me and honked and waved good bye. She took the time to remember me and wave to me. That made my day.

When you go into this store and have to go to customer service, look for a young lady by the name of Donna, she will make your time in there very pleasant and fun, because she's always smiling. I live in Concord and I drove to the University store, because I heard that some of the employees there makes your shopping very enjoyable and Mrs. Donna is one of those people, so if you're ever in there, say hi to her and watch her smile.

Rebecca went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received my refund. She called me twice over the course of a couple weeks and ensured that she was there when I came. She even provided me with the order number to make sure I received my refund if she was not present. To top it off, she was super courteous and friendly and appeared to genuinely care. Need more humans like Rebecca!!

Shopping with Home Depot is always a pleasure!. The associates are friendly and always willing to help. They are always fully stocked. They have great prices and there is always someone close by when you need help. Thanks Home Depot for continuing to serve our community during these hazardous times.

Incompetent, uncaring. Doing a bath remodel and using HD for flooring and install, purchase of vanity, faucets, lighting. On day of scheduled floor install coordinated with tenant, HD calls and says flooring not available and may not be available for months. Need to order different product limited to what is in stock at store and reschedule install. HD then overcharges for new product and finally agrees to lower and adjust the price after more phone calls. I receive notice fixtures have arrived at store for pick up. Note "home delivery" is really curbside drop off with your responsibility to haul the order into your house. Plumber picks up fixtures, but faucets missing. HD split the order. Weeks later, get notice faucets available, I call store to advise delay for plumber to go back again and pick them up and assured HD will hold the faucets. Nine hours before pick up HD cancels the order. Plumber arrives, no faucets, they are "gone." Not really, staff too lazy to look for them. Faucets finally found, HD does agree to deliver to house after I have rescheduled the plumber.

Great store very helpful, but the people make a store.

Excellent store for contractors and anyone needing pro services. Amy, Priscilla and Jeannie will make sure that you get everything you need and are in and out in a timely manner.

Management needs to conduct training on customer service, the employees in Garden was clueless in that department.

Good store, with a good variety of products, employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and fun to talk to, though one I personally saw, did not wash his hands after taking a wiz.

This Home Depot on University City Blvd had the products that I could not get at other stores. The store was very clean and staff pleasant and helpful. My order was filled on time. I rented a truck to haul the material and left my glasses in the truck when I returned it. When I called the store the next morning to see if they could check the trucks, they had already found my glasses!!

This is my local Home Depo so I have been there quite a bit. The staff is friendly but at times help is limited.

Amy at the Pro Checkout is absolutely the best employee you have! She is always helpful, smiling, she remembers my name! I cannot say enough about how awesome she is! Give her a raise!

Not only does Home Depot Provide Exceptional Customer Service, when entering and exiting the store, I noticed the employee attitudes were light and uplifting. This type of attitude is very hard to come across especially in these uncertain times, I applaud the store leadership with its employees. See below for precautions put in place, There are several precautions I noticed here are a few. 1. Home Depot store limited number of customer entry through entry system. 2. Associates were wearing gloves and face masks 3. Social distancing and physical distancing practices in the stores, you can see markers on the floors and also the plexiglass shields were in place at the registers. 4. Noticed some isles were transitioned in a way which provided distancing for customers. This store is clean and well kept. I very much so appreciate the professionalism provided at Home Depot each and every time I enter this specific location but all locations serviced by Home Depot.

This is my new shopping store. The selection is exceptional and prices competitive.

65 year old Grandma shopping with 2 yr. Trying to by a door lock. Ask for help 3 times. Employees appeared to not want my business. Left and called store to speak to Manager. Took 8 phone calls to get her. 2 of the calls they answered and hung up. This store needs to work on customer service

Nice place to get what you need

We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We were forced to take our money elsewhere after a super bad experience at another store/company. We had heard nothing but great things from friends and family about Home Depot. We came in on 4/4, and worked with John in appliances. He was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. We received our fridge on time and it was installed with perfection on 4/17; we even had our old fridge moved to the garage (still works but wanted to upgrade with new model in the house). We will definitely be doing business again with Home Depot in the future as we are working on upgrading all of our major kitchen appliances.

I have been a customer at this store for over 25 years it is excellent, i always find what i need at this store or it gets ordered for free, assistance is always available, nice clean store, associates are great
