Very professional customer service

I had encountered a horrible customer experience at home depot on University Drive in Charlotte, NC. I was waiting in line for an order pick up before a customer who was 3rd in line behind me with an order pick-up. However, your store rep, Nigeria, proceeded to assist the 3rd customer in line. I confronted the rep, Nigeria, who responded she didn't see me. Nigeria had asked me previously if I had an order pick up but advised to for me to wait a moment but focused the 3rd customer in line. What A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

The associates are very nice and friendly Dee and Donna.

I had a great experience my customer service representative Kaytana was amazing attentive and very knowledgeable. I will definitely shop at Home Depot again because of her and because Kaytana has a Home Depot mindset which made my Experience pleasurable. I was able to get everything And the store was very very clean

I always enjoy my visit to the Home Depot. The employees are always very nice and they offer great customer service. I was able to find the products that I was looking to buy. I asked for help and a clerk was very glad to assist me.

This particiular store has some of the most polite persons. Always hekpful towards myself and my husvand. We shop this store somtines 3-4 times a week. Sometimes if the person in a particular department is not htere getting someone else from another department js hard because they don't know that department. Cross traning would be very helful not only for myselff but for all of the future customers.

Amy should have a raise she works so hard and makes sure people wear masks that makes me feel safe . And all the employees were ready to help immediately

Overall the store is clean and have mostly what I’ve being shopping for. I only wish more sales people were around to answer my questions.

Avoid at all costs - unfriendly staff that avoid you. no propane exchange, no water jug exchange, never enough carts or dollys.

Employees are very helpful to disable veterans like me

Very bad experience with most associates I encountered throughout store. Need some retraining in being courteous and honest at the University store in Charlotte. Also associates really need to be interested in what they are doing. A cutter was least interested in following dimensions. Checkout agents dishonest and rude. If possible, I would try to avoid shopping in this store. Thank you!

Khadejah the appliance specialist is par excellence when it comes to her role. She was patient and very knowledgeable concerning my purchase. She took the time to help me understand all of the benefits relative to my purchase. She is extremely warm and friendly and I am so glad I decided to make my purchase at your establishment. She is a wonderful example of what "World Class Customer Service" should look like for all the world to see. Home Depot, truly you have a "GEM" that represents your store!

I find myself always going back to this store location because they always have what I'm looking for. The service is always courteous and I really do not have any bad experiences in this store as of yet.

Xmas tree shopping is dangerous for the customers and should be addressed immediately! You should not have to load your tree on the main thoroughfare in front of the store!

The store was supplied with everything I needed and much more. Very friendly employees that answered any question I had.

BEST HOMEDEPOT EVER!!

I had an item that I purchased to be picked up a week later and went to the customer service desk to retrieve my item. There seem to be a clerical error and the item didn't appear to be available at the time I arrived. The customer service team went above and beyond to locate the item to ensure I was able to take it home. The amount of effort that they put in really impressed me and I'm thankful.
