I had a good experience. There is room for growth In the garden section and I do hope my review helps to grow that community.

Alyssa checked me out in the Service Area. She was very polite and professional while also being personable. She was able to handle multiple customers when it got busy by switching stations. I asked her some of the She questions that I asked other employees. She corrected the misinformation and backed it up with the receipt but she didn't do it that way verbally. She did it by simply answering my questions and I saw it on the receipt. I also observed her attention to detail and customer concern when assisting other customers. She is a true gem and I look forward to interacting with her again!

My first time to be at this location after moving here from Texas, we weren't greeted coming in but it was no big deal we were told to have a good after check out.

The bowls are the cutes bowls, I purchased 7 and they are such a nice added touch to a room. I needed a paint match and the match was perfect.

Every time I have a need for my remodeling and Home Improvement business I know I will find what I need as soon as I walk in to the Home Depot store number 3603 I do not have to be worried if the store is close to my project, and if the sales person LW40X9 is at the store working is a warranty everything will be well Thank You Home Depot Store 3603

A young man by the name of CHRIS was the most patient and kind young man I've come across this year. He is patient and kind. He should be recognized for his customer service. Had a problem with my home depot credit card and she got me one online

Helped me with a purchase of a new dryer before I actually received the card in the mail, this was important because I would had been getting the card a day after the Columbus / seasonal sale that would have ended on the eighteenth thus could have lost out on the savings of over two hundred dollars, however, that did not happen thankfully and the order was assisted and the purchase was made and I am so thankful for that great customer service that was provided to me today, thank you!

The flowers are so beautiful and healthy. When they look faded you get a discount. At home with care they perk up looking beautiful. Everything gained nothings lost.

Store was very messy with things all over the isles. Hard to get around. The Associates appeared to not be happy. No one help us load a bathroom vanity cabinet onto the cart. Same with loading on to our truck. We had to do it all by ourselves. The cashier was so unfriendly and when we askes her to call us help she just walked passed and didnt look at us and than said pull your vehicle up and someone will be out there. No one ever came to help. We ended up doing it ourselves.

Took time to find the correct product, delivery was setup correctly and the product was delivered placed in the driveway per our direction.

I normally shop from this store for what ever I need and I am very happy for it.

This location just got all of their Spring flowers renewed and they look great!

I bought a lot of items to prepare for my Spring Projects and the folks at Home Depot in the University area came through for me again, especially Catherine at the check out.

Had some challenges with an online purchase that essentially would have put me behind on completing a landscaping project and effecting my business, however, Victor the manager took care of me. He made sure everything met my needs despite the challenge from the wrong item being sent. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and that the challenge wouldn’t affect the longevity of me being a customer. Thanks again!

Please visit this location and if you get the chance, ask for Jennifer. She is beyond knowledgeable and also a great manager and coach. If employees were not versed on procedures, she coached them through the transactions so they could learn how to do them. Jennifer also made an "almost bad experience" GREAT. She listened and handled my concerns better than an experience I had with a different employee. Jennifer you are great and also the three different young ladies who helped/assisted and/or you coached to learn the transaction process.

Catherine at the checkout line was like the last line of defense making sure my shopping experience was nothing less than stellar. I could tell if it wasn't she was the type willing to make sure it was corrected.

Purchased a few things and cashier Gloria was just excellent. She was very friendly and very attentive

Had that special hardware item I was looking for plus I picked up some Scott's Grass Seed as Spring is around the Corner!

Lately all the Home Depots I have been in are forcing you to use self-checkouts. This is POOR customer service. There is nothing in place to prevent stealing and no one watches. Shrink must be very high. I see this every time I go to Home Depot and check out.

This is a great location but the customer service in the aisle needs a lot of help. Cashier area and pint department are excellent!

I purchased home appliances

NC is experiencing hurricane Ian, was in need of some form of flood prevention for my home. Spoke with Rebecca at 645 am Friday morning. Told her about product I was seeking, she said several calls were received for the product and they were out. Rebecca exercised her faith and had an associate go back to check and praise the Lord there were 2 bags remaining after several other reps had checked previously and none was located. Rebecca forward thinking allowed me to protect my home with the items I needed and can continue to use going forward if a flood is eminent. Thank you Rebecca for your lovely personality and willingness to go above and beyond. You truly Nailed It!!
