always a good experience

They always have what I need or they are willing to order it. The staff sometimes don't understand what I mean but they always are willing to help. Also kudos to cashier Eileen for everything she does.

I FREQUENT THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT BECAUSE OF ITS PROXIMITY TO MY HOME AND BECAUSE OF THE GREAT SERVICE HISTORY I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED. DURING MY LATEST VISIT A YOUNG EMPLOYEE NAMED JUSTIN APPROACHED ME WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT AND VOLUNTEERED TO ASSIST ME WITH MY PURCHASES. HE HELPED ME TO MY PICKUP AND LOADED MY PURCHASES FOR ME. HE REFUSED A TIP WHICH I THOUGHT WAS EVEN MORE THOUGHTFUL OF HIM, AND DEMONSTRATED A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND "CAN DO" ATTITUDE.

the ladies in the garden dept are very friendly and helpful and Jim and Jeff in electrical are very helpful

I have been a customer of Home Depot since 1996 when we built our home in Fort Bragg, CA. I like it that I can walk through the store with my Doberman. The employees are friendly and provide great assistance and also love my dog!

STORE HAS A BAD HABIT OF BEING CLUTTERED AND HARD TO SHOP. EVERY TIME YOU GO IN A STORE THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD ASK IF YOU NEED HELP FINDING SOMETHING OR CAN THEY DIRECT YOU TO FIND SOMETHING. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK THEM BECAUSE MOST SHOPPERS DO NO HAVE A CLUE WHERE STUFF IS LOCATED. THE ONLY REASON I DO IS BECAUSE I KNOW WHERE MOST OF THE STUFF IS.

Employees are extremely helpful with questions and they know where everything is. The store is clean, the bathrooms are nice.

Whenever I go to this Home Depot I always get great customer service. Staff is usually very friendly & helpful.

Although I went in with my expectations very low I left with everything I needed due to some of the best customer service from a young man named Bryan. I love quite a bit away from this store and he made it with the drive.

Today I was not at all confident I would get an issue resolved with a couple of very specific pieces of hardware keeping my roller skates working, but with the help of Ruben at Ukiah’s Home Depot, I left with my issue resolved, and peace of mind. Thank you so much!

Home Depot is a fun shopping experience The store had alittle but of everything Good garden and home improvement item I could spend hours in that store shopping and getting ideas on making and fixing new things

I have not been in the Home Depot, Ukiah a lot since its opening. In February 2019 my home flooded after all the winter rains. I have now been in a position to be shopping around for flooring, insulation, sheet rock, paint just to mention a few. The time goes by very slow when a tragedy like this happens. I must say that discovering the best buys, the best help, is at Home Depot that is where I head when in need of product. I truly feel that my trips to Home Depot have been therapeutic in dealing with my home, adjusters, and insurance co. Thank you Home Depot ! Katherine

This is by far the best Home Depot in Nor Cal.

I always find smiling people to assist me when I come in. I don't have to run around to locate help like some many other stores. Remodeling my kitchen and the design staff is wonderful. Full of great ideas and keep me informed about upcoming sales. My Go-To-Store for all my home repair/update needs.

The employees at the Ukiah Home Depot are real friendly. I have been shopping at Home Depot since 1996. It is a 64 mile trip from Fort Bragg to reach Ukiah Home Depot. The store is real dog friendly! I found the stainless steel fastener that I needed and a great employee helped me find them. The store was clean and the employees are friendly.

We just love this Home Depot, great helpful employees, clean and a very organized store, definitely our favorite of all of the Home Depot Stores in California and we have shopped at several. Great selection of products and if they don't have something, ordering online or ordering in the store is no problem at all.

Store is great,,, help is available (maybe only today -- I had no problem getting help from several of the employees in various departments -- a great day!) My cashier is named Nicole and she is a gem --

What a great place. I came in needing some hardware and a tool that I was not sure about. I went to the tool department and had a few different people ask me if I needed assistance. I said that I did and they were very helpful. One was Jim. He asked what I was doing and I told him. He looked at me in a way that "dads" do and said are you sure you want to do that. I asked him why I did not want to do it that way and he filled me in on a few issues I had not thought about. In the end I went with his idea and I am so glad that I did. He saved me some money (sorry but he did) he saved me a few trips back and forth (more saved money in fuel) AND he was spot on with my vision and what I was looking for. I really appreciate him for his help and will for sure come back when hes there for my next need!
